I definitely don't agree with special treatment. I just wanted to say something about your comment "that's your fault" it's both the man and the woman's fault. And ofcourse they shouldve been more careful. But sometimes it happens when you didn't plan for it to happen. Or maybe they thought their man would help out more or be more supportive and instead they are just exhausted beyond belief since their partner isn't doing anything to help out. Main point is it's also the father's fault and he should definitely step up more so the mother can relax some.
