Hello! If we were to grade our whole experience it would be a B-. The product is awesome and so far the durability has been great. We have had several issues with flaws in their initial installation that although they have been open to address it was only after calling several times before getting ahold of someone. Also, some of the things needed to be fixed in their facility and that was an eleven hour drive each way, with no compensation on their end for travel expenses. We will be doing a long term follow review video in the future but for now hopefully this helps you decide.
Can’t wait to hear a long-term review. Big questions for whenever that happens: Do the seals keep water/snow out well? Any trouble with condensation build-up while stored? For those of us keeping seats but wanting the pop-top, any advice on a rear AC solution? (I assume it completely eliminates rear ac with the cut-out) Thanks for the great content!
We did have a leaking issue due to a poor caulking job where the canvas meets the roof. Easily fixed by putting an appropriate amount of caulking there, but still frustrating. No condensation issues so far! No, the rear AC is still functional but you lose the front most cents.
You never did a review video of the pop top. Would you still get it again? How much additional road noise while driving do you have? Have you had any leaks? Is there anything you would do differently?
We are still going to do our final thoughts on in, just want to fully test it long term. The short answer is there is a lot to love but there level of craftsmanship leaves a little to be desired. Road noise in much louder, we would have skipped the fan if we did it again. They didn’t seal the fabric at the roof well and it did leak but they very good about fixing it or sending us caulking to fix it ourselves. We would absolutely do it again but be ready to fine tune it on your own or if you live close enough be ready to bring it back half a dozen times for them to work the bugs out. Hope that helps.

I prefer when I'm asked 10+ smash the like button request simply because I'm really down on my luck lately and it makes me feel like the UA-cam creator is also doing really bad financially.
Avoid Colorado Camper Van - run, don't walk from this place! Derek the Owner is a great salesman but he ripped me off by charging me thousands of dollars for work not completed, charging me thousands of dollars for botched work I'll have to have redone, and kept my van beyond the agreed-to completion date. He also charged me sales tax on my entire job including labor which is against Colorado law. He only reduced it partially after I caught him. I'm planning to take him to court, that's how bad it is. Buyer beware!

How is the noise with the fabric pop top in wind? Lots of flapping like a regular tent?
Yes. Not as bad as a regular tent but it does flap around in high winds. It’s maybe only 50% as much as a ground tent.

Thank you for posting your experience. We had a similar issue with delays in our agreed upon delivery date.
