It would be nice to see apron longer. Enjoyed your video. Just show item longer.
Thanks for you suggestion. Thinking about doing another video with some of the suggestions. Thanks for watching.
You did fantastic for your first video . Just keep up the great work 💜🙏💜 don't stop 💜 I'm sure you will succeed. 💜😁
You so talented 😂
Thank pink polka dot is so pretty!
wow
Thank you for this video
Oh yes iron it. I iron every stage of the sewing process. It makes it so much easier to sew. I hope this is what you are asking.
It would help to know how long the fabric needs to be cut.
I do believe I said in the video that you will need one and half times the length of the item you are attaching a ruffle onto. For instance the bottom part of my apron is about 40 inches so 40 inches plus half 20 inches would come to around 60 inches needed for the ruffle. I did not give exact measures because everyones patter and size is different.
Questions: How wide and how long should the ruffle be? I'd like to see the finished ruffle.
I usually go 1 and 1/2 times the length of the hem. So if my apron's hem is 40 inches wide then cut the ruffle to 60 inches.. 40 + half(20) = 60. If you go to my Etsy shop www.etsy.com/shop/charlottescollection You can see my finished aprons there. Thank you!
Good job, but you need to show the finished project so folks can see how it looks...
Thanks for the input. I'm sorry, this was one of my first video's. I wish I could show the apron but I sold it a long time ago. I'll have to do more with the end result. Thanks again.
So pretty . Good job.
