- Hoda Muthana left America when she was 20-years-old to join ISIS in Syria and has been in a legal battle with the government ever since to return home.
Since leaving the terrorist organisation she hasn’t been allowed to return - not because she may have joined a terrorist organisation, the US actually brings those people back and puts them through the justice process - but because she was told she wasn’t an American. - Спорт
She turned her back on the U.S and must pay for the consequences of that action.
Enjoy Syria
Her legal battle is over. The only forum available to her, the U.S. Supreme Court, refused to hear her case. In case you are not familiar with the US system, if the Supreme Court refused to hear your case, whatever judgement you received from lower court stays, and can no longer be reopened or challenged.
Well that's 90% true. But in her case, it's 100% true.
You cannot revoke something that never was granted to you in the first place. The DOS said she was never a citizen and yet, the lawyer kept saying the government cannot revoke citizenship without the courts. Well she never had citizenship at beginning so logical fallacy!
Wasn't it the Obama/Biden administration that took her citizenship from her in 2016. So, the idea that this is just politically motivated by Trump is ridiculous. You can't just obfuscate those facts and pretend that her being stripped of her citizenship is "politically motivated" when 3 different administrations (two liberal and one conservative) have said you're not allowed back.
It was the Obama administration who striped her citizenship back then.
They took her passport. You do not necessarily have to be a citizen to have a passport. Her passport was stripped for aiding and abetting(joining) a terrorist organization. Her problems are based on the fact she was never (supposed to be) a citizen in the first place. She kind of fell through the cracks. The government realized its mistake and won't let her back in.
Hoda said that being told by someone that she, Hoda was not an American "broke her!" Uhh, Hoda was the one who renounced anything "American" about her when she joined the enemy ISIS. The lies from this woman is laughable.
You are a syrian at heart and culture and belong in Syria. You have no American in you.
Oh BS !
You are where you chose !
Now stay , you’re Yemeni!
Now go live the Islamic dream!
She isn't an American citizen so she needs to seek family in Yemen since she is a Yemeni citizen.
She should join hothis
Thank you for just the bones on this.
She seems emotional about revoked citizenship but five years ago when questioned about time with Isis she seemed all smiles
so we can do anything and come back to usa?
NO, she is not welcome here!!!!
KEEP HER OUT
You gave up on America…the best country in the ENTIRE WORLD!
She can go to her family's country of birth, ? Yemen, however life there is also horrible. She made her choice to leave the US, prior to leaving she encouraged massacre in the US. She can rot in Syria.
Sorry but you made your bed. 🇬🇧
Obama declared her not a citizen, this is a shoddy channel.
She will now show her tears, she will be taken back , one year later she will in the streets maching for Sinwin.
She needs to look for opportunities in Syria for herself and son. Perhaps another husband? Interesting that her eye makeup is gone, along with her smile and unapologetic attitude. Still don't believe she's truly repentant. In fact, she has given very few real details about how she feels.
She's American. The precedence this sets is that if any one in your family immigrated here great great great grandpa then every generation down that familial line is not a US citizen. In other words, if you don't got familial ties to British America (founding fathers) you're not American and that's like 99% of the country. Stop this nonsense and respect jus soil.
She is not American citizen. Her rather is a Yemeni diplomat at the time of her birth therefore she didn’t become a citizen jus soli. She’s a Yemeni who was born in the US. Plain and simple.
@@EliF-ge5bu Her father WAS NOT a Yemeni diplomat at the time of her birth. In fact, the father denounced Yemeni political ties months before she was born. Her birth was clean and simple. That said, this is not the only case of US corruption. USA deports dozens of American citizens yearly and also kill them with drone strikes without due process every other year or so. It is what it is. My advice...don't get caught with weed or underage drinking or you too might be dd⁸
@@EliF-ge5bu She was born in the US and therefore an American citizen by birth. If she is denied US citizenship, then so should be every child of an EU-immigrant hillbilly who showed up from the EU-slums and EU-ghetto and who came across on this Native Indian land.
@@jaypatwardhan4740 she was not a citizen by birth because his father is a diplomat by the time of her birth. This is one of the exceptions to the citizenship by birth rule. She didn’t gain citizenship at all because her parents never filed naturalization papers for her.
You people realize citizenship can be revoked right? Regardless of how it was obtained.
I was born in China, came to the United States in high school, graduated from university and had no job, joined the US army, volunteered to join CJTF-OIR as a 91B serviced in Iraq, and only got a green card
She joined ISIS, still holds her citizenship and has so many people helping her
What a cruel FUBAR world
Not gonna happen
Have fun in the desert, scorpions can be eaten when starving, yum.
