My personal experience
1. Chawal (Rice) mat khao, better eat roti sabji (dont take it otherwise) it will help certainly
2. Dont create barriers in your mind like itni moti kitab mein kaise padhunga?ki mein 2 hi ghante padh sakta hun. Admi baithe baithe 24 ghante bhi padh sakta hai, enjoy reading content
3. stay zabardasti happy and more happy ( Not like ki tyari ke beech mein sochne lag jayo ki yaar meri koi GF nahi banti)
4. Exercise bhi karo
just do it but don't repent about it
