For those who are wondering how he is doing the input.txt and output.txt thing First create one input.txt and one output.txt file inside the same folder as you have created you c++ file. Press the arrow button beside the triangular execute button in vscode c++ file. Select last option. It will give you a prompt to select the compiler. Choose that last or first one. Let the compiler run and wait. Now you will have a .vscode folder inside which you will find the tasks.json file. Inside that file you will find the location of your compiler. Copy that including the double quotes. Open a new terminal in vscode itself using Ctrl+Shift+` (means control and shift and backtick (found above tab key on your keyboard)). Inside the terminal paste the location of your compiler, put space then write your c++ filename and put space then write "-o program" without double quotes. So final command will look like "C:\\msys64\\mingw64\\bin\\g++.exe" learncpp.cpp -o program This will generate a program.exe in the same folder that you are currenctly on. Now if you are on windows, in the terminal write program < input.txt > output.txt if you are on linux write ./program < input.txt > output.txt This should get you the output in your output.txt file. Don't forget to put the input content in input.txt. Cheers!

Freshman starting Oct 1 2024. Will only be studying, practicing DSA and finishing Akuna course for this whole month. Already did most of my networking and finished my resume. Will update regularly.
3 days later. ... finished everything up to basic maths. Time for basic recursion. I answered most of the pattern questions myself and skimmed through c++ stl library. Will become familiar with it as I use it but for now I sort of know the basics. Also solved my first medium problem.

Oh my goodness, actually i had already covered c++ from other youtube channels but this one is really good. I came here after my friends suggestion. This person covered everything in a very structured manner, delivered in the most efficient and effective way.
Thank you Striver.
Bhaiya please also cover advanced concepts like 'dp on trees' , 'segment trees' , 'heavy light decomposition' , 'convex hull algorithm' , 'Fenwick Trees'. Please also cover questions on bit and bitmasking.
BTW Thank you for all your content. That is very amazing.
Sir Aap yaha ? 😀
Convex hull and heavy light decomposition Bhai jinda to rehna he na 🤔
4:38 is one of the important thing to remember while learning anything...i have wasted so much time because of this

Your teaching style is absolutely cool and makes me feel like you are interacting with me in real.
Just small suggestion: Could you please try to cover some VS Code setup for C++ as you had input and output files side by side, it will be very nice
Thanks alot for your efforts and I am really learning alot from you.
❤❤❤
You can google that, there are so many blogs 😅
@@takeUforward yupp, I got your point.
You are more focused on the coding part rather than this and that does makes sense.
Can't believe you replied to my comment, it means alot ❤
@@chidoriswag Hi bro, do you still need that setup? If yes, I can help you with that.

28/02/2024: I am currently in my 4th semester of BTech. CSE. I have taken up the challenge to solve leetcode every day for 100 days consistently, to upskill and prepare for internship placements. This is one of the playlists I am following to learn dsa.
I'll add all the other material I followed if I am able to complete this challenge or even get close to completion. It is quite hard to balance the college life and this challenge because currently I am finding it quite challenging to solve leetcode problems but I'll try my best.
starting this series from today i.e. 1st jan, hoping i'll complete this in next 6 months..............
would anyone like to join??
Starting on 1.1.25
