Great question Charity. Sometimes we can help that situation and sometimes we can't... people are weird sometimes, but here are a couple tips: 1. Get really good at confirming the appointment time - here's a good training on this www.tanyaaliza.com/17download 2. Call them twice and on the second call I would say something like "Hey John, I'm not sure what happened and I hope you're okay. You missed our appointment time that we scheduled and I've tried to reach out to look into rescheduling, but I can't reach you. I'm going to cross you off my list, but can you just reach out and let me know that you're okay?" People don't like to be 'Crossed off' a list if there is some interest.... if there is no interest or motivation on their part, you shouldn't want to invest time and work with them anyway.
