  • 🔔 Sea weed fusiforme rice. (1T = rice spoon)
    Sea weed fusiforme 250g, coarse salt 1T, vinegar 1T, rice 400g, water 400ml, soy sauce ⅓T, perilla oil 1T
    Sauce: 1/8 onion (30g), 20cm green onion, 1 Cheongyang pepper, 1 red pepper, 1/2T minced garlic, 1T red pepper powder (6g), 1T Korean style soy sauce, 6T soy sauce, 1T sesame oil, 1T sesame

    ✨ Sea weed fusiforme rice.
    1. Wash sea weed fusiforme.
    2. Cut sea weed fusiforme.
    3. Put 400g rice, 400ml water, sea weed fusiforme, 1/3T soy sauce, and 1T perilla oil in an electric pressure cooker and cook.
    4. Cut onion, green onion, cheongyang pepper, and red pepper into small pieces.
    5. Mix 1/2T minced garlic, 1T (6g) red pepper powder, onion, red pepper, green onion, 1T Korean style soy sauce, 5T soy sauce, 2T sesame oil, and 1T sesame seeds to make marinade.
    6. Mix the seasoning on top of the rice and eat.
