Finally it's done! This was a lot longer to make than I originally though...

NYAN CAT IS A BOY? OR A GIRL? :
Alright, so a lot of people have been commenting about the gender of the nyan cat. Most people say that the nyan cat is a girl because the original song (yes, that very annoying song that only repeat NYAN) was sang by a girl. However, at first the song and the GIF were unrelated. The GIF of the cat itself never said anything about its gender, and the author never specified anything either. Basicly, Song = Girl, but Cat = ???.
I originally decided to make Nyan cat a boy for this story's sake but, IF YOU DON'T AGREE WITH THAT, IT'S FINE.
If you think the purple one is the boy, or even that this story is about homosexual love, it's fine. Either way, the story still works.
I love the nyan cat, but I must seriously ask. Why is the gender of an internet meme so important? Can't we just enjoy the video for what it is?
I do not own the musics and sounds used in this video. However, I do own the most of the graphics, since I made them myself.

I was 10 when I saw this and that was 3 years ago... i came back for nostalgia
Damn. Found this video again 12 years later and I was sitting here thinking "Oh yeah! I remember this! I remember getting so depressed after seeing the ending!" I see it again and it somehow jerked tears in me like 11 year old me, deep down, was watching it all over again. Nostalgia does things to you sometimes.

While the Windows Movie Maker text and the occasional bad grammar definitely makes the animation show its age, it doesn't take away from how touching this story is. To this day, there's just something such heartwarming and heart wrenching about a love story between two pixel felines. Plus, it really gets dark by the end of it, which NYAN BATTLE would do differently later on.
I remember watching this 5 years ago and I took this waaay too seriously

Tac nyan who fell in love with the same girl was jealous. He launched an attack. It blasted her into the sun and killed her. But that WASN'T supposed to happen. Tac nyan was aiming for nyan cat, but missed. Tac nyan also commited suicide. I found that out from a video of their story. They are brothers BTW.
