The Heart for sustainability and tip for response and more in the back for resonance. Sounds like you need to scrape the heart and clip. Make and use the reed that feels comfortable to you. Up to pitch, so you don’t have to work as hard. Mindset is really important too, have a good one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Relaxation is key.

Beautiful example, I could definitely hear something more flowing the second time, though the first time was lovely also. It’s almost like I could feel it all as one continuous, transforming idea. I loved it! I feel my fav singers have this kind of flow also.

I love that you use the word FLOW - that's the difference in the way I feel it too. Thanks, Anish!

My gosh you hit the nail on the head; fabulous parallels!! i went back and played your sight-reading selection from this mornings warmups class, and definitely found endurance much better when I approached it with air and body relaxed and calm....thank you!

Isn't it amazing how much we let our bodies get in the way of our artistry sometimes? Thanks, Kathy!

Great video and wonderful advice. Please do be careful though with running. SO MANY (very many, in fact) runners are developing bone spurs on the spine or even spinal stenosis, some at the ripe old age of 22 - 30! If there's one thing you NEVER want to experience, it's herniated / ruptured discs and bone spurs on the spine. Swimming would be much healthier :)
