Generally you’re not suppose to use it in hair to mimic "asian hair", but for this look she did make a makeup look after chinese takeout (I think it is) so I get the chopsticks. It’s a food emoji, chopsticks are a utensil Edit: Lol some of ya’ll literaly just read half of this. Since reading like 100-ish words is too much for your precious eyes. *The makeup artist used chopsticks in here hair, because it was a take-out emoji. And that’s fine in this context. But generally don’t go out doing that, because you’ll look ridiclous.*
I’m not Asian but I can relate to this bc I always see people with chopsticks in there hair and personally it’s unsettling bc if your think about it it’s like having hair on your fork or spoon and I use chopsticks at home too so I just feel uncomfortable but since she was using them for a look I can kinda understand why she used it
As an Asian person When I lose one of the pairs of decorative chopsticks I use it in my hair.
