Short Story board clip (not the full one) (pls read desc)

(THIS IS ALOT OF INFO SRRY) This is a small little taste of a new series I'm working on. It is gonna take very, Very long to complete just one episode but I promise it will come out eventually. This character you see is the Brutal Artist (my South Park oc hero form.) I don't wanna give away alot so here's some basic info.
Move set:
Paint Splatter: User swings paint brush at opponent. Deals 55hp at least (in TFBW you have to time certain moves) 1/30 chance for burn status condition
Paintful Punch: user dips hands in paint then punches the opponent 3 times. 35hp at least for each punch. 1/50 chance for blood status condition
Spray Painted: (3 variants) (2 cans only, 10 uses total, 1can = 5 uses)
1. Spray paint sprays target, burn, 10 hp
2. Spray paint fogs the field, lowers Opponents move area (the square tiles you can walk on), 1/4 chance for Grossed out status condition. However this effects team mates (grossed out chances are at 0 for team mates)
3: User sprays themselves and becomes invisible, ups defence and speed. (wares off after User goes 3 times after)
Layer: (2 variants) (stackable) (5 uses only) (
1. User paints themselves, ups defence
2. User paints teammate, ups defence
Refill: User refills paint, ups all stats by 2x, only 2 uses, can't be in a row.
(SUPER) Colorful Tsunami: Huge wave of paint floods the field. Burn, 150 HP
Other Info:
BA is a good character but slows the super meters rate down. (this is because of her extra moves, we need balance)
BAs biggest fear in emetophobia so being grossed out causes 2x damage for her.
While Enraged all damage done is upped 15 points include super.
while invisible, BA has a 1/100 chance to move twice.
BA will not be playable after a certain point in the game TFBW but you will get her back later.
