2:40 Plasma cannon also applies wound after the unit is finsihed shooting, not during so you cant blow up whilst shooting, only after :)

100 point unit that deletes everything it sees is absolutely fine. No need to cap that at aaaaaall.
But Cadian weapons, those are scary.

Wrath of Mars vs Overcharged las-cells is just disgusting. Not only are Kasrkin at 100pts a squad more efficient at using that strat than anything in Admech, like you said, and get the mortals on 5s to hit and 6s to wound, making it far easier to achieve... but it's only 1cp for them to get their 18 mortals reliably (19 with a sniper in the unit) whilst Admech has to pay 2cp for most units large enough to reliably reach even the meagre 6 mortals, because of the nerfed power rating of Skitarii bricks, and the strat being 1/2cp.
Add to that the Finial, which has the same effect as the best relic in Admech (Rainment of Technomartyr, for ignoring hit/ BS penalties) only... Rainment is applied to one core unit within 3", whilst the Finial is an aura of all core units within 6", and has the additional bullcrap of "ignore FNPS, phase caps, and damage modifiers."
Let anyone deny power creep when Guard has abilities which are easily 3x as powerful or efficient as the Admech equivelants, despite them being similar horde/ gunline armies. I suppose this is partially down to how weak the Admech book is by 2023 standards, but it's hard to argue Guard should get abilities this nonsensically strong on what are meant to be regular human soldiers.
