As someone who is born in Fraserburgh but spent much of his youth in the Faroes, the contrast is stark. The Scandinavian towns have color. Everything isn't stone brown.

It looks like a very well planned town with many lovely churches. I just love the homes and the clean streets. Would have liked to have seen the ocean, I understand that there is a beautiful beach. Great walk, thank you. 🥰

Wow, Fraserburgh has such a rich history! 🏰 I didn't know it was such a major fishing port. 🐟Definitely adding this walk to my bucket list - those views around Kinnaird Head Lighthouse look incredible! Thanks for the informative video! 😊

Is Fraserburgh a town or a city? Does it have any shopping malls? It doesn’t look like there’s a huge amount there.

Fraserburgh is a town which had a population of around 13,000 in 2011.It has a large Tesco store and an ASDA store, as well as some smaller supermarkets. There are also quite a few specialty shops. I couldn't say you could buy "anything" in Fraserburgh, but you can buy most things.

Anyone that thinks this place is beautiful needs to get out more. Moved to around twelve miles from here a few months ago and can confirm this place and Peterhead are up there with the worst places in Scotland.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had the best experience in Fraserburgh and Peterhead. Every place has its own unique charm, but it's understandable that not every location suits everyone's tastes. Thanks for sharing your perspective.

You are completely correct. Anyone saying anything different is likely a several generations deep local or somewhat blinkered. Not as bad as Inverness and area but the further north you go the worse it gets. It's still an utter hellscape.

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you’re facing with noise and disturbances from the shop. It sounds incredibly frustrating, especially when it impacts your ability to get a good night’s sleep. It’s important to take the right steps to address the issue, and seeking advice from a solicitor or citizen’s advice bureau is a solid approach. I appreciate you sharing your experience and will make sure your comments remain visible to support your cause. I hope you find a resolution that brings you the peace and relief you deserve.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you’re facing with noise and disturbances. It must be incredibly frustrating and exhausting to deal with this for such a long time. It’s unfortunate that your efforts to address the situation haven’t brought the relief you need. If you haven’t already, you might consider reaching out to local community support organizations or legal advisors for additional assistance. I hope things improve for you soon, and that you find some peace and quiet in your living situation.
