Respected madam my son was refused work permit after his studies because his college staff was lazy in updating attendance records.He appealed twice and it took 5 months but in vain. Ultimately NZ IMMIGRATION asked him to leave. No stamp of deportation. Now my elder son and his wife they are residents of Canada wish him to visit Canada on visitor visa. Will his New Zealand record (he suffered due to college negligence and overstayed there to appeal) obstruct in his Canada visa. Please help. If it is positive then my son from Toronto will contact you. Thanks and regards.
