The book is a little different than the rest of the Illustrated line in that it's a sketch book, like you might have seen from Newt, and without a dust jacket. It isn't as robust as the books that have come before, but it's to be expected since it is a version of what his sketch book might have been like. Still a fantastic book!

Whats the difference with version of the book with occamy on its cover?

One is the Bloomsbury edition (British publisher) and one is Scholastic (American publisher). Because I don't have the British edition, I can't say what's different on the inside, but I'm sure there's a video somewhere with a reveal of it.

Across the back are the Occamy, Niffler, Newt Scamander (with a Bowtruckle), Demiguise, Lupin as a Werewolf, and small Niffler (keychain size) Pops from Funko Pop. The front is a large spider from a craft store, a snake that I always use to represent a Negini, a Grindylow Funko Pop, and a Lego Buckbeak.
