Wow! I'm impressed. Electric power steering on a Farmall. You know I was thinking, your M and that guys M might have been side by side on the train ride from the Farmall plant in Moline Illinois to Pennsylvania. Amazing!👍
He is doing some pretty cool stuff ! I liked that lawn mower setup . I want to see someone put a MSD ignition box on a Farmall because I think one would make a world of difference in making plugs last longer and a tad more power . It was awesome to see your dad out on the tractor playing ! You're so lucky to have a set of cultivators for the tractor . I got a one row 3 point cultivator that I never thought worked well . I was thinking about getting 2 30 inch sweeps and seeing if it cleans the rows better . Thanks for sharing !
Not saying that you're old or anything like that but it's nice that your dad is still around I lost my dad about 15 years ago and I lost my mom when I was 15 years old then my two little brothers are in their thirties now and I am 52 so I try to be there for them because they were young when my dad passed away so I pretty much raised them and they know if they ever need me I will always be there myself and my youngest brother are farmers and my older brother is a construction worker he pretty much is going to take over the business here in a couple years for the guy and my little brother that the farmer works his butt out because usually is all by himself and I am also by myself but we try to work together as much as we can but it's glad to see your dad is still around enjoying life
Great video again 👌 love the idea of electric power steering 😁 good to see the cultivator on th Cub that rear cultivator gonna do a great job of taking out wheelmarks 👍Red Power 💥💪
On the down side you'd have to convert the tractor to 12 volt negative ground to make the electric power steering work. The Super M at the dairy I help out on had Armstrong power steering as well as one of my John Deere 60 tractors. That one had a mounted corn picker on it at one point so I don't know if it is just worn, but someone would have their hands full at the end of the rows. My John Deere B and my Oliver Super 77 diesel turn pretty easy.
@@FarmallFanatic got three John Deere's and an Oliver Hart Parr 70 that are still. The Farmall H I had was still as well. It popped right off, mainly because it was converted to electronic ignition.
I ended up taking my inside ones off. I had a kubota l245h. So like a farmall 140. They lined up with the front but when I was actually cultivating it was too close for comfort. So inside rear came off and I was good to cultivate all day without touching a plant.
I have a Behlen add on from a M . Makes it really nice to steer. I probably should get rid of it unless I get a MTA eventually I doubt I'll get another M . Like the 450 too much 😁
Excellent video Gino :) also nice work get those attachments for tractor and paint black on back ones when off Tractor or not ! Well if you're gonna go with power steering you might as well put the GPS auto pilot system on it I have it on the boat I will never be without it again
@@colinvoss8484 ok, I am a bit confused sir. Factory data shows 270K+ produced with three different gasoline engines, maybe 4 if you add the 60 HP one which became the nemesis for the M drivetrain. I do NOT show any variants in steam. Were there modified ones? Thanks, looking for your insight. P.S. I have a H. A family heirloom (lol). Working on putting it back to original within reason. NAPA Auto has most parts for them.
Your are mistaken òn Your information on the M it was built-in numbers but it was a piece of crap the H would out work and out do it horsepower for horsepower any day of the week.
I was surprised to see your cultivators had no crop guards on them. Also yours attaches entirely different than mine. Rear had one cultivator shank right in the middle of the rear tires never saw one with three on each side kinda makes me think you wouldn't even need the front with those hangin on the rear like that. Course it should really tear up the soil! 😂

@@guydaubenspeck9206 you're right now that you mentioned it.
That power steering unit is very interesting. Wonder if you could do that for the 400

Oh yeah I don't take that for granted
My buddy did that to his 72 ih 1100 pickup used a Toyota one and wired it in takes 15 seconds to turn on then powersteering.
Will be fun to cultivate your sweet corn patch. Nice to see your dad.
Yeah it's going to be a lot of fun

The cultivators look good. Bringing the Butler county late next June and will let you help cultivate urea into our corn
Good job on the video of tractors keep up good work
I hope he makes a video of the final product that he will share to you and others.
I told him I would like to follow it along
Hopefully you will have time to go back and check out that power steering when it's done. Cultivators fit well.
Oh I will
Marching set. You've got plenty of adjustment there. Won't have to remove anything. Way cool.
Priest power steering is the way to do it. It's all you need. It's plug and play

Hello Gino look like a good cultivating machine. You may not need the rear tines though be nice to see it working. Have a great day.
I at least want to cover my rear tires

I wonder what happens when the front steering wobble hits back to the power steering?
i agree. Will need a lovejoy coupler in there somewhere. Still a neat idea.
Where can I find one of those rubber mats for the deck ? I need one for my A I like that
I might have ordered mine on eBay
The tractor I mentioned in my previous comment located in in brown co antique tractor club
Does the cub have fluid in the tires? Or does it do fine without?
I have three cubs the one with the snow plow has loaded tires
I’m interested in that guys UF 2 bottom plow for my 340 utility
Oh that would work really well
Is that a quick hitch on the back of the cub
Fast hitch
Wow, a photo House Heating Oil, there's petro moss.
Do you have the link for the eBay kit
I personally do not I will ask though
Looking at the tractor from a distance it looks like the rear sweeps are inline with the front. Shouldn't have to remove them
Are you painting the rear cultivators blue to match? I think that would look sharp!
