After checking Google I think if you properly summon Lava to your opponents field then resurrected him from the grave or banish zone. You can resurrected it to your field with many graveyard special summon to your field card effects in Yugioh after. That's why it says you must FIRST special summon it to your opponents field then if the condition is correctly met it is free game to summon to your field because it does not say you cannot special summon this card by any other ways. Cards that go back to hand or main deck/extra deck are reseted the guy in this video was trying to hide that combo because that mechanic is broken

Zalamander doesn't even say special summon ignoring the summoning conditions what a fraud, those judges at the tournament he mainly goes to should be reported.
What archtype is on the playmat? Looks great! I'd swap out one of the Bigfoots for a Thunderbird, just for the name variety and maybe add a Dark World Puppetry to the side-deck. Also not the biggest fan of the lava golems in the main deck - the problem with Dark Worlds is they can't main deck any hand traps/going second cards round one, because they get discarded by the dangers every time. At least the golems could be fodder for gates though, so could go either way. Good build though!
What I've done is swap out Lava Golems for Radian the Multidimensional Kaiju. Lava Golem works better if you're running 3x Trade-In, but even then it's still bricky going first, and Kash players are more often than not going Arise-Heart pass these days so you end up with it being useless going second anyway. Radian is a level 7 dark fiend so it works with almost all of your discards and more importantly can be banished off of Allure of Darkness. 2x Bigfoot 1x Thunderbird feels good to me, since you want those level 8s for Giantrainer, and the name variety like you say for Appo/Saryuja.

How to people counter Abyss Dweller? I haven't played the game in a while and reading Abyss Dweller it very much seems like if the opponent has it and you go second you're utterly screwed. I love Dark World and was thinking of picking up the deck but I'm not going to if I just lose every game where I go second

You can get the field from genta multiple times per turn, what you cant do is special summond him... why run 3?? You only need the 1. Theres better cards you can run other than 2 copys of gentans you dont need
