As a semi frequent flyer in Orlando I would love if this would become a series! We fly into Orlando and typically only stay for a night or two before heading to Cocoa Beach. We love checking out more hidden local places that aren’t packed with tourists ❤️
Please keep this series going! The list of places we’ve never heard of in Orlando is endless, and who doesn’t love supporting a small local business at the same time?!
I’m so excited to finally see this video! As much as many of us love going to the parks and tourist stuff in Orlando, the best places are sometimes the ones off the beaten path that the locals love. When I’m on a trip to a new city, I love asking locals their favorite spots to really know where to go, and I’m so happy you’re doing essentially that with this video.
Can’t wait for more of these. We have been a Disney family for more than 15 years. When in Orlando we have always been in the Disney bubble. Not even universal has swayed us. Now our son is getting married in December. They want to move to Orlando so he can pursue his dream job with the parks. This video is a great jumping off point for them to try some great places outside the Disney property. I mean the dessert case at yelllow dog rivals anything in The parks for sure.
Love your foodie videos this one was extra special because there isn’t a lot of videos out about local Orlando spots and all these places look amazing!
As someone who’s moving to the Orlando area (from the mid west) next month. This couldn’t have come at a better time. Would love more area appreciation videos.❤
Definitely team middle brownie. No crusty sides for me! Very glad to see this series! There's so much to get out and do in Orlando outside the tourist districts. It's great to highlight that. Hope you do more of these videos!
LOVE THIS! Cant wait to see more! Dont get me wrong disney food is great! But outside the bubble options are so good to know about outside of reading yelp reviews. As someone who travels down to florida with a car these videos will be a huge help when planning some new fresh meals out of the tourist bubbles.
We visited the Yellow Dog Eats in Gotha this afternoon for lunch...WOW! Molly and Alan are so..........right! I had the Buffalo Soldier wrap (so good and buffalo spicy) and my wife had a "Famous" pulled pork sandwich (messy...and what pulled pork sandwich isn't, but amazing) . My wife tried a pilsner recommended by the staff which turned out to be excellent and very reasonably priced too. The vibe is laid back the views are, as Molly said...eclectic, and our little dog luna loved it too! We can't wait to bring friends and family here when they come in from afar. Or just for drinks as the beer pricing is so reasonable as compared to the parks. PS. I also bought the 'Butt Burner' hot sauce.....can't wait to try it 🤪. Again, Molly and Alan hit it out of the park!!!!!!
Center piece! Walnuts in brownies, and/or caramel would not be missed but limited amount. This is very nice widening out from Disney or Universal or downtown Disney, but I would like to see some museums and areas that are close by also because Florida has so many things to see and do. Coconut Creek has the world‘s largest live butterfly exhibit in the world. They also have a swaying bridge through Water. Also in Saint Petersburg they have a museum, Salvador Dali paintings. I was unable to see it. (due I had kids taking naps in the afternoon) My husband said it was absolutely a must see again! There is a Vero Disney, which is very relaxing. This was nice change. I would like to see more! 💗👍🏾💗 Thank you mammoth club
Oooo, this is a fun idea! We like to go down to Orlando (from Jacksonville) for more than just the parks. It's GREAT to know about food options not located on I-Drive!
@@JustLiz-yc5kd hi neighbor! I moved to Jax from Detroit about 2 years ago, so I am ALWAYS looking for great places to eat that we haven't tried here yet :)
First of all, thank you for what you produce, so much appreciated. From Canada, we head to Florida Orlando every year, sometimes a few times a year. It's nice to be able to get to know restaurants and other attractions besides WDW. Thanks again for sharing. Hoping to be able to say hello in person at some point without wanting to disturb you.
Love these series! We're always looking for unique off-site places to eat. Thanks!! Team middle here as well- love the soft middle. FYI- toasting a marshmallow on top of your brownie in the stove after cooking the brownie- Heaven!
Absolutely loved this video, ive seen so much about the parks with everyone saying all the same stuff but not seen anyone else showing other local places to eat. You always find the restaurants the locals frequent are the better places to had your cash over to. Will definitely have to visit these places when I'm over next. More videos like this please 🙏 💕
Bring on the local eats! It’s nice to get out of the bubble and see the rest of Orlando and a short drive is not big deal! Then get back to the bubble and relax! I can’t wait to try these places out! Especially yellow dog.
So excited for these, around Orlando videos! I’m working my way through chemotherapy, again, and making lists of all the fun and different places to experience once my treatment is done! Thanks Alan and Molly for helping me make an awesome list!!!
Wishing you the best! I beat stage 4 with a 15% chance of living 5 years, 2021 was 5 years! Rest, hydrate, weed to eat and sleep, yes to protein, no to sugars. ❤
Can't wait to try these spots on my next Orlando trip! Please keep taking us outside the Disney+Universal bubble, these are some of my favorite videos!
Love hearing about places to eat outside of the parks! I am an edge girl no nuts! All of these places seem so original and a must try! Please share more local dining options! I always learn so much about food and beverages from you two. Keep it coming!!!
THANKS for this. Husband and I traveling to Orlando 1-2 times a year since becoming DVC members. Husband not a hardcore Disney person so info on non-Disney stuff much appreciated!,
Hawkers and Yellow Dog are definitely local favorites (Yellow Dog has a legendary beer cheese soup!). Seito Sushi in Baldwin Park is amazing also. Cooper’s Hawk on I-Drive I would put on this list even though it is in a touristy area, and a new favorite is Lazy Dog with its creative fare on 192 near 429.
Thank you for sharing these places outside of the theme parks. We travel to WDW two or three times a year and have decided that we would like to try other places to eat. Love this!
Appreciate that in the latest food reviews you are pointing out vegetarian options. Nice to know that they are available. Loved the brownie discussion -- I'm edge more than middle, not corner though (too dry). All those lovely beers at Tactical!!
Loved this video!!! As an Orlando local myself it was great to get your take on 2 spots that I’ve had on my list, but haven’t made it to yet!! Hawkers is the BEST - loved seeing them featured. Definitely please do more of this!!
I love that we are getting more and more great food choices here in Orlando! I hope you’ve tried the 1905 Salad at the Columbia by now Molly…. It is the best in town.
Absolutely amazing! Definitely keep this series going! Would love to even see when you travel! My ultimate comfort is watching traveling eating shows! You guys rock!
A castmember now, a former teacher at Windermere, YEP! Yellow Dog! Vanberry Public House, Kura Sushi, THe Castle, Irish pub.(College Park) VOOdoo Bayou, 24pho hours, Tacos Don Andres! Let's Go!
I absolutely LOVED this video!! I am all about finding hole in the wall places to eat or just places people don't think about going to when visiting popular cities!!! I think all your videos are amazing but ones like these are my favorite!! Also I am rarely on my phone to comment can I just say the Dolly Wood/ Gatlinburg videos were awesome!! I am in Kentucky so I loved seeing places close to me I can easily travel too!! Have you all been to Chicago?? Also I think a New Orleans video would be amazing!! So much to do both places!! Love u all !!! 😊
We went to Yellow Dog Eats on a trip many many years ago and loved it !!! Very happy to see you showing local faves outside the parks. Coming in September and excited to try your recommendations
My husband and I just stayed at the Riviera over Father's day weekend after watching your video. we at lunch in Winter Garden's Hangry Buffalo and what a find! My husband wanted to visit Crooked Can brewery and as we walked around town, we saw this restaurant and highly recommend. We love following your recommendations and have experienced so many wonderful things because of the two of you. CHEERS!
Yay!!! Loved this vlog!! You hit my 2 fav spots around town. Wanted to share with Alan, since he is a gamer, to try Soupa Saiyan on Vineland close to Universal. They have great Pho. Can’t wait to see more vlogs like this! 👍🏻👍🏻
I pass by Yellow Dog daily and Hawkers (Dr Phillips) on my way to work daily. Always say I’ve got to go one day. Thank you for this and confirming my thoughts. I love these local videos series. Especially since I’m a new local now. PLEASE keep this type of series going. You guys are wonderful. My family and I love you so much. Hope to bump into you when trying these local recommendations ❤
This is a great new series for your channel. We had been coming down to Disney and Universal 2 or 3 times a year and I also travel to Orlando for business meetings 3 or 4 times a year based on what projects I am working on. We look forward to seeing more videos in this series from all around the Orlando area.
More videos like this!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 love seeing more stuff outside of the parks cuz I’d love to see more of the area but don’t really know the best places to go!
Fact: nothing makes me more motivated to recover from my ED than listening to Alan’s food reviews! 🌯💙
💜
You got this!!
Proud of you! 🫶🫶🫶

I love that your content is more diverse than just Disney and universal. Thank you for sharing more food spots to try
I'm with Alan - I want the middle brownie! Adding Yellow Dog to our list of places to try in Orlando. It looks amazing!
I am with Alan on the brownies, team center! And yes for nuts!
Love that you are doing this series! I would love to see more Florida stuff outside of the theme parks; food, attractions, nature, etc!
Team middle of the brownie! Nice to hear I’m not alone 😂
Please keep this series going! The list of places we’ve never heard of in Orlando is endless, and who doesn’t love supporting a small local business at the same time?!

I had mine in 2016. After a couple,e weeks it gets waaay better. If you relax and keep the ointment on lol
@@alexandriafrancois they didn't give me ointment. Just a lot of meds.
Center brownie, and all additions welcome: nuts, peanut butter, candy, peppermint, caramel, bring it!
Love visiting local places on non park days. Please do more local attractions and eats videos!
“Plants.” This was a great video! Looking forward to more of this series. :)

don't know if this is a series or not BUT I'd love to see more "Eating like locals" vlogs
I'm with Alan, team center brownie. And never any nuts. Love you guys and love your videos.
Absolutely love the “non theme park” content and homage to your local food & beverage haunts ✌️
Dying over the description of the IPA 😂😂 "Once I went to a Dave Matthews concert, this tastes like that"
😂😂😂 this made me laugh so hard! Sometimes Molly really gets me with her descriptions
This was fun! I love to see your content outside the Disney or Universal bubble, so it was a win for me. More, please!!
This was great. I would love to see more of these reviews of local restaurants!
Team edge - not corner, but side of the brownie pan. Nuts okay for a change of texture. Loved your visit to Yellow Dog Eats! 💛
Guys you are the reason why I started to travel to Orlando every couple of months and you keep giving me more reasons to visit ❤️
Love your foodie videos this one was extra special because there isn’t a lot of videos out about local Orlando spots and all these places look amazing!
Please do more of these! Love to support local businesses.
“Tastes like when I went to an Oasis concert in high school.” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Good lord, I could not only taste it but not stop laughing! 💜💜💜💜
I would love to see more local eats - Orlando is big and it’s helpful to see all the great eats there!
Yes, please. More "learning from locals" videos. 😊
Btw, you both look fabulous 👌
Let us know how the "crows" beer tastes.
Tactical is hands down the best brewery in Orlando. Always coming with so much variety.
Team corners on the brownies!! Another great video, hope this series continues with more local places!
As someone who’s moving to the Orlando area (from the mid west) next month. This couldn’t have come at a better time. Would love more area appreciation videos.❤

I love these videos of other food spots!
I can’t wait for you to share more local places to eat and visit.

Yes, please continue this series for all the places you can think of. I really enjoy seeing an area from a local POV.
