Oh I love the idea of doing a little 4 x 4 Thankful mini album, great idea! I have so many Core kits that I purcjased a few years ago and I struggle using them in my annual family albums. The colors don't match the colors in my photos and to try to find colors that do would take forever. Maybe they should be organized by colors, I'll have to give that some thought. I really can't wait to get started! It is just an idea I can't let go of and keep dreaming about so I need to make it!!!! I found an amazing deal at Tuesday Morning several years ago with core kits! They were like $8 so I got a bunch of ones I already I had as I knew they were not going to be around anymore. For the most part I keep my organized by color. I just never tend to worry about what matches my photos, it all tends to work out in the end. And I have never looked over an older page or layout and said to myself this page really sucks because the photos don't match the colors of other product LOL
Hi Katina, question, do you like 12 x 12 albums or smaller albums when you are doing Project Life or when you are scrapbooking? I have found lately that 12 x 12 are starting to overwhelm me lately.
Hi there! I do still LOVE my 12x12!!!! I can not see myself ever changing our family album from that size. I mean maybe when the kids are grown and moved out of the house... but I even then I just can't see changing. I love the way I can layer different things in the 12x12 ... and I love the options. However if you are feeling overwhelmed you could try the 9x12 that is amazing size and can feel a little less pressure and overwhelm.
