In Japan it’s sort of up to you to make a little effort to start the conversation then people open up.
Google instant translate rules it, but in the bigger citys it is possible to get along with english, in the more rural villages, it is necessary to try google translate.
Have you try taking allergy medication? It lessens the itchy symptom on my body by 60-80% when I can't avoid wheat flour mixed in sauces and stir fry food and such when I'm outside
@@Vac700R afraid my symptoms are mostly in the digestive and elimination areas 😳 my allergist advised “avoidance” rather than medication for wheat & dairy as I am taking enough medications for more serious chronic pain - thnx for the suggestion though 🤗 just came home with a yummy GF / WF spaghetti and am going to pretend it’s noodles - now what to have with it 🙏🇨🇦😷
