Great interview. Loved what she said about building wealth versus earning a salary. Entrepreneurship may not be for everyone but it's the surest path to creating generational wealth and a legacy.
Lámidé, you are such a great host, and bright in every sense of the word. I am soo happy I found your channel. I was born and raised in Senegal, and I've been living in Paris for over 10 years, but creating a business on the continent has always been on my mind. It’s so inspiring and uplifting to see you and other successful women sharing your knowledge and experience. This content is very much NEEDED. More of it, please!
Hey Lamide, I am so grateful that you are showcasing sucessful women that are married and are mothers it helps me to realise that it is possible to do it😊
I've peeped a couple of your interviews and as an African American, its super cool to see the diaspora of sisters from all over the world you have interviewed who are high achieving in the realm of building wealth, business etc... Keep up the great work!
Really loved this episode.. I can see myself on Kelly. her perspective of seeing life, it’s so amazing ❤ and very pratical and interesting. I loved that We would love to see her again😊 I loved how she was very transparent about wealth and building wealth as 2 not 1. There is no shame on that. I don’t see lot of women especially in UK saying this.
Wow, both of you are suchhhh intelligent, interesting and formidable women! Only 12mins in but I've had to stop to comment... the moment where you two talked about salary v net worth... probs very obvious to both of you but something I've never come across before and I feel like that's flipped a switch in my brain! Thank you so much for this interview x
What a woman. Thank you for the interview..adjusting timelines..slow and steady. I’m 32 and I’m only starting to action “wealth” now (learning how to build wealth).
My biggest takeaway from this episode is in the process of building businesses across the globe sometimes one needs to not be rigid and apply a blanket approach in establishing those businesses but doing something different and to do the groundwork. I feel like Kelly-Ann shared a true reflection of entrepreneurship and building a legacy doesn’t mean the work stops once the company starts to do well and to retire but to keep working to build for many many generations hereafter
I'm only half way through but I love this interview. What a wonderful perspective from Kelly-Ann and Lamide it's like you're reading my mind and asking all the questions I have. Great conversation and super grateful for this content. Very insightful and inspiring.
I appreciate the conversation from you ladies very encouraging, especially from you, black women empowering your fellow, black women, or women all over the world. I appreciate the motivation. Thank you.
One of my favourite episodes already! Africa will definitely have its time! I can't wait for this podcast to blow. It's become so rare for podcasts to get straight to the point and avoid waffling! This podcast is direct and informative! Well done Lamide :) x
Children raised in the continent are different because there is much more affordable childcare but mums are still the best to raise their own children.

What are you views on Galamsey in Ghana?? Do you have companies that respect the infrastructure and to pay the fees??
Is this a question for the guest because I don’t know much about Ghana
