Literally, my husband and I had a similar experience to what Kaleb described. It was the hardest but best experience we could have during Covid. We are now in a healthy, Christ-Centered, wholesome, and biblically sound church 🙌🏽❤️.

Jeremiah Johnson has a lot of good resources concerning church hurt. Amongst others. So understand. Loved hearing Kalebs experience. So relatable. You guys providing a safe space is awesome. Blessings to you both. This was good!

I am struggling to watch this interview, as I am distracted by Jeanine's energy and lack of focus. She is either fussing with her hair, laughing and interrupting Kaleb's thoughts for no reason which comes across as showing a disinterest. I respect so much that they are a couple, which is endearing, but the laughter came across as confusing and even Kaleb seemed a bit unsure as to what was happening. Most times she is staring down, or is staring into the camera, both ways appearing zoned out. She is fidgety and just seems continually distracted. I picked up on all this only 2 minutes and 35 seconds into this video. I would have to rewind to go back and hear what Kaleb was sharing. Some feedback would be that the way the couch is set up is awkward and not ideal for interviews. They are having to sit so close together, side by side, which makes it difficult to comfortably look at each other. (Unlike having big comfy chairs close together, but you are able to look at one another) This takes away from having a comfortable, relaxed and engaging conversation. Please know my thoughts are shared with the best of intentions. I really want to watch and give your channel a chance, but it would be inauthentic of me not to share some thoughts that may be helpful to you. I would prefer to do this over not giving your yt channel a chance, and sharing with others. ❤

Thanks for the feedback! I really do struggle with ADD, and I have to constantly check the camera to make sure it didn’t freeze. I have gotten feedback to interrupt him less, which I am working on :) but a lot of the times, it’s just us have a conversation and we talk a lot like this in offline and he doesn’t have a problem. I am just really comfortable with him. I’m not disinterested either, I was checking my phone to prepare for the next question!
However, on camera, we know it’s different for listeners.
We also are working on a new studio layout next season! Thanks!

I low-key wanted to go to Hillsong college too. The trailer looked great and I’ve always wanted to go to Australia too 😅
