Oh my gosh that food all looks so good! I am with you about letting all the little things in life bring you joy. I agree that being in nature really helps so much to change my mood. If I spend a day or two indoors it really effects me so much! I love to spend my days outdoors, especially at the beach. It just restores me! But if I'm really busy and can't be outside that long, even just a walk around the neighborhood or a bike ride really helps my mental state. Some good food, good company with people you love and being able to stop and be present in the natural beauty all around you is key. 👌

Got me it’s all the small things too that make happy too I love nature - animals and I love art too I wish I had my own camera cause I want to capture all that goes on around me and use those pictures for different kinds of inspiration that I can draw I feel like I am always in a sketchbook and doing my own thing with Art There is just so much that stems from Art that can be found all around me and am just constantly gaining so much perspective through that I get it from my dad
I'm from California grew up here love it but don't live near LA ... The coast here is beautiful one day you should definitely check it out. The only taco bell on the beach is in my hometown it's pretty awesome. Love watching your videos 😊

Literally we have no friends outside of family, kids. Because we dont have time for friends. Sad I know, we have associates, but none we spend time with. Because our weekends are for us, and family time. Dont judge it works for us. Lol...I had a bestie for 15 yrs, she did really shady things. I had to cut ties completely for my MENTAL.
