If everything clicked for Adam like it did at englishtown on all the tracks he could have a championship as well. That event was nuts. Congrats on everything all of you accomplished this year.
Sometimes it seems like he just needs a giant brick tied to his foot. Not being any kind of drifting expert it often seems like that's the biggest difference between him and Chelsea (in the RTR's), throttle commitment. I could be way off, obviously it's so much easier to pick apart driving after the fact.
I’ve been a Denofa fan since day 1 of fd even a little before, I wanted him to win this so badly when he announced his retirement and always knew he was capable of winning at the highest level
Glad I was at Atlanta and got to hang out with the team when they announced Vaughn’s win and Vaughn and the team stayed until everyone had the autographs they wanted. Vaughn and the whole RTR crew were awesome. Vaughn seen my kids was tired and made sure my family got to our vehicle safely. For that me and my family are very grateful. I am proud to have been a fan of Denofa and him win the championship. He will be missed for sure. Can’t wait for next year.

There were seasons where if someone made a road to the championship video I would snicker a bit because, "yeah it's cool but it wasn't that tough". This season however was totally nuts, and by all rights it would have fallen apart for any other team. But man that tenacity, it's what got you guys there.
Orlando and Irwindale are straight-up examples of an elite team culture that any and every team worldwide aspires to be no matter what the discipline. How do you top 2023? Man that's a hard one....but I'll sure be watching to find out. Get at it James Dean!

Just the culture alone sets RTR apart by leaps and bounds. Vaughn, youve built yourself an amazing team, from drivers to the pit crew. Everyone is dedicated and its clearly visible. Its such an awesome experience just to watch yall in action. I miss working for a shop/company where it just feels like a huge family. Because even on the worst days you got your "brothers and sisters" backing you up and bringing everything to the table. Yall are awesome, and while Chelsea is on to new horizons im super stoked to see what the 2024 season has in store for yall!
I loved what you said about how your work environment can so greatly influence your own feelings. A few years ago I took a "promotion" to run a satellite location of our company, it's very small, and have only recently begun to realize why I'm often miserable going to work. There's something special about that family feel at work.

I hope Formula Drift will cop on and Let yous put bars out to the front strut towers after James accident. It helps disperse the energy around the car and the car wont bend as easily in small hit its more sustainable too.
