  • Last year KADZAMA replaced the straight groove of the millstones with a diagonal one in their melangeurs. KADZAMA engineers believe that this helps to achieve a better grind in a shorter time.
    We decided to compare both grooves in a real marathon of grinding the ingredients of milk chocolate and coconut spread.
