“Try anything and you’ll be cancelled bro “ That line was just the dumbest thing to say to a chainsaw wielding mad man The only guy I cared about was the guy the main characters wanted us to hate
“Say my name” might of been the dumbest line ever. Like I honestly would’ve been more mad if the director would’ve given him a line knowing for the last 40 some years the man hasn’t said a word.
Not only has he not said a word in the past 40 years. I don’t even think he ever knew her name at all, it’s been awhile since I’ve watched the original but I don’t recall them sitting down and exchanging details while he cut her friends faces off.
A lot of the problems with these “remakes” the “fans” in charge of making these movies are trying to make the villain the hero. You cheer for the villain to kill the obnoxious people on screen. Your taking the scare out and replacing it with cheers.
Normally that's true. And it akso applies here. But another problem I would say is that this "sequel" completely takes away every aspect that is unique about Leatherface and just makes him a generic big evil brute
i think most ppl are meant (and in reality) are relatable to the main characters lol, we the ones that still got minds will root against them because they're the depravity of society, take the ones in the bus and the obnoxious main characters, there are people like that that live now and are being worshipped, it's the new norm.
When a horror film is made with an ounce of passion it tends to be at least passable. When the studio forces out sequels to make a quick buck that's when they start to suck.
Yes, but they get massacred. And the movie accurately portrays them as insufferable, entitled idiots who are so dislikable they make leatherface the good guy. Honestly it sounds like a fantastic movie.

The original 1974 is one of the best horror movies of all time, honestly if you're going to watch a sequel to it. You're better off just watching the 1986 dark comedy, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2
@@danielventura8118 I own the original and know true horror, movies that you never probably watched. Even Sinister is better than the original TCM most Freddy movies as well 🤣
Because the director admits he couldn't top the OG so he just went wild with it, having dueling chainsaws and shit. Everything from the 2000's onwards made the stupid idea to try and capture the horror of the original, and fail at everything, over reliance on gore, and from Texas Chainsaw 3D onwards: "Let's make Leatherface and his family sympathetic, because homicidal cannibals are sympathetic right?!"
As someone who really respects the original for it's grisly horror I can't say it upsets me when these movies come out...it only enforces the greatness of the originals and proves, "new isn't always better"
I’m pretty sure making the characters unlikable, them getting what they deserve, and the audience rooting for Leatherface was the point. But judging by these comments, I’m either wrong or the vast majority missed the social commentary and satire the movie was so blatant with.
@@miketosandrew they could've made the characters unlikable without making them so dumb. none of the characters' choices made any sense even if it is satire. im all for making leatherface the hero but this wasnt it
The gore kinda took me out of it, it looked like they treated the chainsaw as a lightsaber. It went right through everything with 0 resistance. Floors, metal pipes, necks... etc etc. The brutality of the chainsaw is how visceral it is, cutting through someone should look chunky, it should get stuck and take force to go through. Not look like you're just slicing through butter.
using a chainsaw as a weapon is just not a good idea if you've ever actually used one for it's intended use. It's heavy, and if you use it in an improper manner you risk kickback that could go right back into you and you could hurt yourself severely or even be killed.
I watched this movie with my family and we were dying laughing throughout. 10/10 comedy wise but 1/10 as a horror movie. Leatherface blocking the bullets with his chainsaw was absolutely fucking hilarious. It was the icing on the cake.
Well duh. He was in a Mortal Kombat game. You can block bullets, missiles, energy projectiles, and razor sharp items. LF ain't scared unless one of those cops are named Kurtis Stryker.
His character was NOT the same as the original. Leather face was not that smart or cunning in the original. They made him from a simpleton to an evil mastermind.
@@Law2120 I misspoke he’s actually a genius. Also I don’t know what an IQ test is you’ll have to teach me from your all encompassing pool of knowledge.

you know you married right when your wife is saying "these women in this movie are idiots" over and over again. love her but credit where its due.....the sound design and the way it is shot.....perfection. the actor playing leather face is also a star.....the effects and killing? amazing.
They made Leatherface into a Michael Myers/Jason type killer. He's basically supernatural now. Where as in the original what made it so scary was how believable it all was. Leather face was just a messed up human. Nothing in that movie broke your immersion at all
Exactly my thoughts. He was even a bit sad. To be constantly being told what to do and him trying so much to get the approval of a family that treated him badly. Yet all of a sudden in this sequel he's capable of acting on his own and not have any insecurities with no explanation??
The people who made the movie could’ve at least had the decency to make it a stand-alone movie and not a very late direct sequel to the original. The first really stupid moment in the movie, for me, was when the black woman who watched Dante die, a giant cut along his face, wasn’t freaking out or just yelling at everyone that the man was murdered.
One big thing that stuck out to me was Leatherface’s age. Why set it in the future and go out of your way to make Leatherface look old when it has zero bearing on the film? Leatherface has zero limitations that would be associated with advanced age in the film, he’s still an unstoppable killing machine who can get shot, stabbed and cut by his own chainsaw and still be standing, not to mention there were scenes where he was sprinting with a 70lb chainsaw in hand. A chainsaw that was stashed in a dirty wall for god knows how long and worked perfectly right away no less 😂
@RunningOnEmpty exactly, Leatherface was always just a tool his family used to protect themselves, he was always just the guard dog of the family. Now they want to make him into Michael Myers 🙄
Chainsaws don't weight 70lbs..LOL Average weight of one is about 10 to 15lbs. But yes I agree about it starting. Also that thing never runs out of fuel and it runs soooo quite.
He is actually stronger 8n his 70s than he was in hisn 20s. Original Leatherface could be hurt, reacted to it, and could be outsmarted. This one isn't even human.
I give the scene of leatherface pelting the one chick off the stairs and straight into the crawl space a 10/10, hadnt laughed that hard in a long while. Great scene *chef kiss*
This film is going to date itself so hard… It’s messages won’t resonate any other time period than today… Classic horror is dated (sets, tech, year), but it’s themes are timeless
You mean sjws are finally going to either stop being stupid dumfuks or justgo away, and this movie wont make sense any more? Yaayyyyyy, I'll take that. That's not a bad thing 😂
the bus scene was soooooo dumb, none of them tried to run past him as he's killing other ppl? they wait til the last minute to try to exit through windows. it made no sense at all. NONE!
I think one of the things that took me out of it was the chainsaw itself. When I think of leatherface I think of a huge logging chainsaw thats almost as big as he is.... not a little Home Depot babies first chainsaw. It made me giggle every time I saw it.
It was more a comedy than horror. Any person with decent firearm skills could kill leather face SOOO easily with that shotgun. And that’s basically every American lol
I think its the idea that you have to lacking a "big" dick to be good with a firearm. Ive run into many anti gun people and thats the go too insult when they find out you can shoot a gun.
I was rooting for leatherface in the first 5 mins when they were harassing a man for his 2A rights. I find it ironic (may be the point in the movie idk) that she USES A GUN to protect herself. Only like 99% of gun owners in America.

No the Texas Chainsaw Massacre was based on a case that took place in Wisconsin. Ed Gein was the criminal involved that inspired the Texas Chainsaw Massacre films.
I guess the message here was 'overcome your fears' or 'You're stronger than you think' because first we have this girl Layla, she overcomes her fear of guns when she starts using guns towards the end of the movie and then you have Sally who even though went through some crazy sh*t dealing with Cannibals/Butchers, was shown dealing/working with meat like a Butcher. Not only that but the fact that she also stayed in Texas even though Leatherface was never found by the cops
4 mins into the movie and I was already rooting for Leatherface. Were the producers trying to make us hate the protagonist or are they just THAT oblivious?
You were supposed to hate them, the movie also tells you that they were wrong about owning the house since the find that the old lady did indeed pay off her debt.
How the hell does Leatherface end up in an orphanage? Hello? He's called Leatherface for a reason. He massacred a bunch of people. He's the definition of massacre. But no. He lives with a bunch of kids and an old lady instead of a prison for the criminally insane.
Did anyone else find it so funny when leatherface threw the hammer at the girl on the stairway. Then she flew in the air then went through the floor 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I always feel like horror movies have the hardest time being consistently good. It's either 1 good movie and bad sequels; or they're all bad, but they keep making them anyway.
Part of the issue I think also has to do with how most people on average don't seem to care about consistently holding horror films to high standards. For some, as long as there are jump scares, it's good enough for them.
@@EvilDemon69 Yes movies are made to make money smartass. However movies are also entertainment and an artform. Certain Horror movies are made to be a one and done story. But studio exces have always pushed squeals to them just to milk it. It's no different to how companies like EA and Activision over monetize videos games. This just ends up ruining horror movie franchises and we end up with worse and worse quality writing and acting. If you truly wanna make money, make a good horror movie and if a franchise is gonna be made then do it in a clever manner.
Today’s people are soft. The real people who lived during these atrocities would probably be offended by how sensitive people with pretty dang good lives in comparison are.
OJ is right: the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre was based on Ed Gein and his story, who lived in Plainfield, Wisconsin. I was with the movie (enjoying, not loving) up until the third act. All of the choices made there were absolutely fucking stupid, especially involving Sally Hardesty.
Hi. Did you get any idea why THE FUCK did that stupid driver stop the bus opened the door and got off? They show absolutely no valid reason for it I'm sure.
Yeah is weird how people think the original is a true story. Yeah it’s based off Ed Gein…. but there was no dude in Texas who killed people with a chainsaw. Kinda like Blair witch just tricked people into thinking it’s a true story. The true part was just a killer who kept human body parts as tokens from his kills and wore their skin as a mask. Same dude buffalo bill in Silence of the Lambs is based off.
@@arcotroll8530 you hear the chainsaw a little after the cam pans to leather face in the alley when the bus just starts to move. He prob got a tire. That was light though. The cinematography and stuff was great, beautiful shot when Sally finds the sheriff's bodies and the lightning glows up the sky for example. Good sound design as well and the kills were ok as you said other than cg blood. So yeah, it was definitely filmed competently but the story was just bs tbh. I hope this crew get another shot with a great writer because for a slasher it was really well filmed if you just love cinema in general.

@@raymondlaspina7870 Nah its really not. Its intentionally stupid because its not trying to be some really complex social commentary. It's actually mocking that by making the characters obvious assholes that think they're the moral authority but then showing how little leatherface cares by just having him brutalise them. It's more faithful to the original movie than any of the remakes or remasters that have come out over the past 20 years. At least this one doesn't try to be really complex or deep, it just sets a decent backdrop with extremely obnoxious characters then has leatherface massacre them in creative and extremely entertaining ways. As someone old enough to remember back when the slasher genre started let me tell you they were all always intentionally dumb. The characters were very rarely likeable and the stories were never considered genius level writing. No one cared back then, you went to slashers to see people get slashed. No dumbass agenda, no stupid social commentary, just good gory fun. This movie has that in spades.
When I read "A group of influencers" my expectations hit the floor. After I watched it I realized the floor was to high. I had to spend two hours in the basement to even things out.
Honestly I love the scene in the bus, freaking leather face walks into a bus full of people with his chainsaw, how do the people react? ‘Pulls phone out’, “try anything and you’re cancelled!” I am not a huge fan of gore, but I forgot it was a horror film for a second as I remembered the trailer where the next words were “Oh shit” then gets brutally chainsawed. Don’t know why but I feel like that would have been a scene from a parody or comedy skit about the horror genre, but after seeing that seen in the trailer I could not help but laugh, “try anything and your cancelled” proceeds to try anyways with chainsaw.
This just hit me, what if this movie is made just to be one huge dump on those cringe influencers/sjws and make fun of them? What if people who made it actually hate them with that much of a passion? That would actually make me appreciate the movie.
You know everybody tried to use this with that woke sex and the city reboot and I'll tell you the same thing I told them you know damn well that creators are sjws 🤣😭
Even if that's the case, take in consideration that Texas Chainsaw Massacre comes from a real story, wich is even worst than what you see in the OG movies. The simple fact that the leather face got popular gives me the chill when I think that people were actually killed by a monster. I can get by the slashers, Jason, Freddy Krugger, Michael Myers been the "cool" killer, kimda like the last Haloween did, where you WANT to see him kill people. Difference is, Myers doesnt exist, or st least isnt 100% based on a real life event where kids got torture and skinned so that this fucking evil of a thing could do masks and furnitures out of it.

I would like to see in a sequel that takes place several days later for a priest of another town to take Leatherface in when he finds him by the side of the road malnourished. The priest by giving him shelter and soothing his violent ways by being caring and accepting along with a family member of his. The priest could be someone that has been a war veteran and is struggling with the violence within him as he has many weapons in his house. Then if someone like a family member of the priest from that town gets killed by the problematic son of the most powerful politician of the town that covers up for him every time then that would have the priest and Leatherface unleashed against the corrupt people that work for the mayor. All this needs is a despicable villain to be the mayor like a Clancy Brown or a John Malkovich and a likeable lead to be the priest which could be someone like Michael Rooker, Ed Harris, Devon Sawa, Scott Adkins or Bob Odenkirk.
And the mayor is a super woke Californian that wants to turn a texan town into a bum city, giving away free crack and crack pipes from the secret governament crack supply they import by smuggling Mexican children.

For once I agree with you. This movie is so stupid. Like why did the bus driver just get out?? There was no reason and the black lady never called the cops. In the world where everyone in the bus has phones and are recording no one bothered to call the cops. I was rooting for the mechanic to beat up the chainsaw psycho cuz it was so annoying how he's smart and backs off unlike Jason or Michael Myers. A magical chainsaw that cuts through cast iron sewage pipes and doesn't blunt, starts after 50years in a wall with no rust on any exposed surfaces. With magical fuel that will still burn after 50 years. Totally believable..

The first Texas Chainsaw movie to feature the original's main character, Sally. However, in this film, she is played by Olwen Fouéré as the original actor, Marilyn Burns, tragically passed away on August 5, 2014. The film was initially stated for a theatrical release sometime in 2021 but all plans were scrapped due to a string of disastrous test screenings. It was subsequently sold to Netflix. On August 24, 2020, initial directors and brothers Ryan Tohill and Andy Tohill split from the project during the film's first week of production in Bulgaria. The duo was replaced with David Blue Garcia, who scrapped and reshot the previous footage. John Larroquette serves as the Narrator in this film, as well the original 1974 version. Like all other sequels and remakes of the Texas Chain Saw Massacre, and unlike the original, this version contracts "chainsaw" into a single word in the title. The sound effect of the barbecue lid being opened is a musical cue from the original Texas Chain Saw Massacre. The population sign at the edge of Harlow says "population 1974" which is the year the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre film was released. The name of the county the film takes place in as well as the Sheriff's department is "Hooper County". This is a nod to the co-creater of TCM as well as the original 1974 film's director: Tobe Hooper The road sign says Harlow pop. 1974. The original movie, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, came out in year of 1974. Kill Count: 7 + 9 (shown) on bus = 16 (more were assumed killed off-camera on bus) (+1 if you count Leatherface's mom)
The Jessica Biel version and its prequel was 10x better. This new version was just a cash grab. The Gen Z's getting slaughtered was the best part. The ending was stupid. There will be another version for sure maybe in 3 years.

I never thought the OG was scary, nor was it a perfect film. But it's like Sam Raimi's Spiderman; it's so weird, bizarre and unique, there's nothing else like it. And this movie, if there wasn't a face-wearing chainsaw-wielding murderer, could've been any other horror movie from the past ten years. As a movie buff, I'm convinced they reworked the plot to fit this universe. It was originally an idea for a different film that they just slapped a famous IP all over.
The difference is, the OG TCM and SR's Spiderman are GOOD. Not perfect and certainly not without kookiness. But still GOOD. This is shit, even if it did end up being a one off slasher it's still BAD.
@@JeffreyColey honestly, I'm more forgiving of failure than a lack of originality; I'd rather a movie be bad than be a copy-paste of every other movie. But this movie is somehow both.
I absolutely love the original Texas chainsaw massacre movie from 74. Sally is my favorite scream queen. I love Halloween and even the 2018 film. Halloween 2018 has its problems, but thats the one where we made mostly all the right decisions. Not so much with this movie. If you're going to bring Sally back, use her! I love Sally, but honestly, I'd like this movie more if it focused on Leather face and made at least one of the influencers liveable. Adding her felt too tacked on and not developed enough, it would have been better if they left her out of the movie. The reason it worked at all for Halloween 2018 is because the OG actress was still alive and they focused on her story. ... Still better than Texas chainsaw 3D LMAFO.
I just watched it in 2024 and my partner said "Don't watch it". Wish I listened now 😅. Edit: "leatherface kill them all" - that's exactly what I was thinking haha.

"The real Texas Chainsaw"....my guys, there was no real Texas Chainsaw Massacre, the marketing and intro for the original film said it was based on true events, this was a fabrication. It was extremely loosely based on Ed Gein, look him up. The original horror film "Psycho" was also loosely based on Ed Gein, so I guess you could say TCM was based on Psycho? Still a stretch, and yeah there was no real Chainsaw Massacre, ever.
Besides the gore The shots, framing, lighting and subtleties were my favorite part (showing the time within the pickup Showing us how much more time before daylight, the flashes of the mothers face in the buses windows as he chops up the bus people). True with thev movie effects of today and all the great writers. It would be so easy to make a sadistic horror film with a backbone.
When a horror film is made with an ounce of passion it tends to be at least passable. When the studio forces out sequels to make a quick buck that's when they start to suck.

Not look like you're just slicing through butter.
hmmmm someone has some experience eh???
using a chainsaw as a weapon is just not a good idea if you've ever actually used one for it's intended use. It's heavy, and if you use it in an improper manner you risk kickback that could go right back into you and you could hurt yourself severely or even be killed.

They made Leatherface into a Michael Myers/Jason type killer. He's basically supernatural now. Where as in the original what made it so scary was how believable it all was. Leather face was just a messed up human. Nothing in that movie broke your immersion at all
Exactly, he wasn't even the main villain in the original movie, his family was.
@Judge Ike Jason Vorhees is betta
Exactly my thoughts. He was even a bit sad. To be constantly being told what to do and him trying so much to get the approval of a family that treated him badly. Yet all of a sudden in this sequel he's capable of acting on his own and not have any insecurities with no explanation??
Yeah its almost like he was inspired by a very famous real life serial killer, and that it would be silly to give him super powers.
Both Myers and Jason started as regular humans, though.

Mmmmmm.....i Wonder if those are connected....mmm...it's not like the US has ever supplied crack to the blacks...it's not like the us smuggled cocaine from Columbia and Mexico with El Chapo and Pablo escobar...it's not like the US smuggled a fuckton of opium and heroine from Afghanistan....
The biggest druglord in the world is the US governament buddy
wow this oddly specific.. This a fantasy of your for awhile??
This is basically Leatherface vs SJWs. What's next for the sequel? Leatherface vs Karens?
Man I wouldve loved to see Alex tear this one up but good on him for getting out of this lmao
Would "have". Or do you also say "I of a surprise for you" ?
@@TomLehockySVK 🤓
I made it to the part where the old lady locked them in the car couldn’t watch anymore after that lol it was sooooo stupid they had to be doing this strictly for the kills
Duh why else do slasher movies get made?
@@dmon3331 people are so dumbed down with their Netflix and shit, they watch Red Notice and say "yeah, great movie, had so much fun" and then they watch TCM and say "boooh ahaha what a dumb movie"😒
Yeah I got to the bus scene, then I had to bail 🤣 the bad acting was just to muchh
The Joe Other Joe charisma is why I watch. Nothing makes me smile harder than hearing g you guys interact. I lost all emotion but you guys with no drugs can make the world happy
Having watched this whole video, without watching this movie, without any intention of ever seeing it in the future, sounds like the message in this movie was: *Don't mess with Texas*
Every time a studio is re-working a "final shot" by any director, they should include it at least in some kind of product as extra material.
So fans can decide if it was better or not.
With blu-ray being internet dependent and streaming prevalent with everything, you'd think they'd just give an option to vote...
It was trash regarless
"We hate guns." Also, "Let's move to an abandoned town in the middle of deep red Texas."
I laughed so hard when he made that little dance with the chainsaw at the end of the movie 😂
Just like in the original
It's Texas Chainsaw Massacre tradition that someone does a little dance with a chainsaw at the very end of the movie.
Hard-core butcher ,angry Jo is a mug
Emote
Netflix is trash so this didn't surprise me
For once I agree with you.
He drops his chainsaw and sprints his way out the carnival and towards the woods wtf...
I'm not a fan of mutilation so the entire movie I was just not feeling it.
A magical chainsaw that cuts through cast iron sewage pipes and doesn't blunt, starts after 50years in a wall with no rust on any exposed surfaces. With magical fuel that will still burn after 50 years.
Totally believable..
I said the same thing and my friend's husband told me to turn my brain off for a minute 🤣🤣 I was totally not believing that saws can go through that much bone and wetness and not shut off.
This is a nod to the co-creater of TCM as well as the original 1974 film's director: Tobe Hooper
The road sign says Harlow pop. 1974. The original movie, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, came out in year of 1974.
Kill Count: 7 + 9 (shown) on bus = 16 (more were assumed killed off-camera on bus) (+1 if you count Leatherface's mom)
this comment was actually a decent informative comment, which is like finding a unicorn irl in this comment section
The Jessica Biel version and its prequel was 10x better. This new version was just a cash grab. The Gen Z's getting slaughtered was the best part. The ending was stupid. There will be another version for sure maybe in 3 years.
When the audience is collectively voting for the baddie to win, you just KNOW that the "good" characters are f*cking annoying as shit and useless 😅😂🤣
Great review, love the banter all the way through 👍
Teens and slashers. Has anyone actually not rooted for Jason, Freddy or MM?
Was it stupid? YES…. Was it entertaining? YES!!!!!!! Really enjoyed it and want to watch it again.
Yes esp this movie is clearly about a Killer who massacres a bunch of SJW...
Idid buy it on VHS
Movie was extremely boring.
Man I can’t wait to NOT watch this movie again wtf
@@summerforever6736 😄
The remake in 2003 i think was way better it was suspense it was terrifying it had u on the edge this remake had non of that it was just a bloody cash grab and its a shame
I am so sick of modern day movies thinking that it's ok to push modern political agendas into movie franchises in which those political agendas don't belong with the movie's lore/world. At the end of the day, it only makes both political sides look bad because they constantly go after each other, which doesn't resolve anything, btw.
It's called communist subversion, check it out
The "massacre" part of the movie name was actually referring to the massacring of the franchise and taking a dump on it before pissing on it.
I know it's late but...
The Polaroid picture "Sally" has in her truck visor...is that the same picture Nubbin's took of them in the van...the one he kinda blew up in there face cus they were stingy hippies?
I completely agree on the mixed message. With good films they leave you feeling your own way about the intended direction of the film but here I think it’s more like They didn’t know the message they were trying to deliver
When the country crypt keeper lady got “not” killed The film cringe level went full max but the sister using the saw felt like a TCM2 homage and when she got dead at the end I was like FINALLY
The real Texas chainsaw was Wisconsin. Isn’t it based on Ed Gein?
My favorite was the one with R. Lee Ermy. The sawyer family is awesome and leatherface was a really cool threat.
I agree
To be honest: If social justice warriors tried to set up a utopia in Texas, a very conservative state, I believed the government would forcibly evict them. At worst run them out of town with guns.
I dunno, those Texans sure love whacko cults setting up shop. I bet if they framed their utopia in terms of mom, football, and Jesus saves they'd probably be left alone
that's a dumb thought
Yep! That would be entertaining to see them be thrown out of the country!
This movie was just stupid. Not even the funny kind of stupid like Halloween Kills either (I loved that movie). Kinda glad I missed a bunch of the movie when my friends watched it before I joined in.
Saw the “wokeness” and “current year” syndrome in the trailer and knew it would suck. Decided to give it a shot anyway just incase I was being judgmental. Couldn’t make it past like the first two kills
Honestly there's no way the people that wrote this movie were actually trying to push a left wing agenda. They definitely wrote them like that so that the audience could have some cathartic feeling when they were killed off. This movie was hilariously bad but I really enjoyed watching all the annoying people get killed
@@samymasaal208 I have not watched the movie, but I don't care what the intent was. I don't even want to see woke crap mocked in a movie. I don't want movies to be political at all. I just want to watch a regular, and serious horror movie without cringing.
@@chiliflis8660 fair enough
Sounds like a Netflix quality film.
she hates guns? SHE IN THE WRONG STATE!
Alex's empty chair speaks more words than Joe or Joe could ever speak 😆 lmao love ya boys.
And how it’s turned like he quickly got up, “I’ll be back”……………
It still sounds better than Alexandria Daddario playing a 40 year old saying "Do your thing cuz". 🤮
Credit to her she didn't wanna say that stupid line but the director made her. She knew it was a cringe line.
@@dmon3331 Did she comment on it?
Had some good parts to it but just a cheap story and ending is dumb. Leatherface is immortal?
I did enjoy how they changed the setting of the movie, it wasn’t just a big house in the middle of no where and long stretches of nothing. I think they could have used the little town way more, but I would have been so bored if it was just one house. That’s the only good thing I gotta say.
I liked the after credit scene shows letherface go back to the house. Awesome
No wonder it’s taken them so long to actually SHOW something from this movie until a couple weeks prior to its release. They had to have known how sucky and idiotic this was going to be! Even Halloween Kills was better than this and I LIKED that movie a whole lot!
And the fact that they’re trying to continue this with a sequel is insulting in itself when this should’ve been a one and done thing.
