Cameron Grey I would guess over $30k . Just the wheeler bone stock is about 15 and the times are a few hundred a peice and axles and diffs and everything else .
YES!! LOVE IT!! Somewhat a short vid, but FULL of action. Yeti seemed to hold it’s own for sure. But I’m sure you had no doubts in it. Blackie’s Rene. Wow. Just so wicked. Has anything stopped that quad? Haha. What size are his tires? 32’s? Who was on the Rene with the skinny tires? No fear there either. PIN IT! Lol. And lastly, the Outty with the snorkels HAMMERED that mud hole. Good gosh. Covered you in mud. You looked pretty much covered every time you showed your self. Looked like an awesome ride! One last question. Sorry Osta. Skeg seems to be so much more tricky to ride on/in than mud. Is that correct? So do you all prefer mud, or do you actually like skeg too? Or is it just a necessary evil of where you live and ride? Thanks!
Your machine is no slouch by any stretch but the fact those two Renny's can pull wheelies in this sloppy ass mud is fucking impressive. Hella power being layed down by those two bikes. The Yeti is a fucking beast BTW. Loved your vids since the ole 500 Sportsman. Long time fan. So glad your channel has grown like this. Love every single video you put out. Beaver Dam Madness might be my favorite with that damn Yota that pinned her to winner lol
I agree, but man if you have the gear reduction and power to turn those 29.5 OL2's they are pretty amazing! I'm surprised how well they do, those huge lugs hanging off the side paddle the heavy RZR through some serious stuff!
Could you or have you thought about building a Suzuki samaruri. It would be awesome to see you build one. Putting a big turbo motor and building the suspension with sidexside components.i feel it would be the ultimate sidexside that's street legal everywhere and go through everything. And it would be cool to see you change from straight axles to full independent suspension. Let me know if anyone else agrees or has a better vehicle idea
Another awesome video Osta, if you were to add NOS to it would that help it or hinder it, plus would a stock CanAm 800 motor handle a small shot of it.
ostacruiser thank you I appreciate that, I know I only have an 800 cause I didn't think when I bought it that I would ever lift it and do anything but put tires on it. lol it's funny how I went from a stock 800XT to a lifted one in about a years time that was something I never thought I'd do.
Looks like a lot of fun. Do any of you guys have the Backcountry tracks for winter use. If so any issues. I’ve bent 2 upper A arms on a brand new 1000 outlander. We feel the tracks are too aggressive for a stock machine. They perform well but not fun getting pulled off the mountain. I’m the only one running theses tracks, the rest run Casmo and that’s what I’ve got on my other machine with NO issues. Thanks for any feedback.
I ran them for 3 days this year in the Mounta8ns with no issues. They are massive so I could see them putting a big load on everything. They outperform conventional tracks by a large margin don't you think?
Hey Osta another great video. What do you guys do to seal your cvt covers up or do you even bother. What about the snorkels and air box do you seal them. How often do belts get wet on your rides? Keep the vids coming
ostacruiser what are your thoughts on the 30x8.5x12 black mamba lite? im thinking about trying them on grizzly 700 (lifted, clutched, with heavy axles). thanks!
Hey how you doing I have a quick question I have a 2016 can am outlander xt 570 and every time I shift it into low once I get up to speed it jumps into high and starts grinding gears any suggestions on what I should do thanks
can someone explain to me the reason for super skinny tire vs wider nud tire which is usually the prefered choice of a mud tire. is it less drag or what. just seems backwards in terms of a mud tire choice but these seem to perform awesome. thanks
This build isn't all that impressive. You got stuck twice where the other guy went straight through and you struggled at the last mud hole. It needs some better tires or something because it's not that great
Pretty sure the Project Yeti was built to conquer 5 feet of snow in the backcountry. If he wants to dominate skeg, then he has his renegade XMR on 34s for that...
Yeti is stock motor :). If having a built motor and larger more aggressive tires didn't help you make some holes that a more stock machine gets stuck what would be the point on modding lol. This was Yetis first trip out, we have some tricks up our sleeves :) stay tuned
The Green Renegade Is Always The Rowdy One. Luv it.
thats Blacky
Is that your atv if so maybe can you do a complete garage tour or update
That's the kind of videos I've missed.........been a long winter 😔
Good job Osta!!!
Definitely like how you did the slo-mo recaps at the end
So much different that the ol sportsman 500 I rode today! Looks like so much fun!
You should do a build cost from a stock bike up to that and how much it cost to run one a year with breaking stuff? Would be a cool video!
Cameron Grey I would guess over $30k . Just the wheeler bone stock is about 15 and the times are a few hundred a peice and axles and diffs and everything else .
No pretending here you guys are hitting them holes hard nice work👍
Hey you guy have a great playground
Nice to see some 1st person action
cant wait till next family reunion, we all get our quads, dirtbike and whatever you have and we go to sask and have as much fun as we can
Awesome video bud i love the look of the rad and the brp snorkel! it looks so clean
That green Renegade revs to the moon!!! Holy fuuucccckkk....what is done to it????
Civilized Delinquent it’s a bored to a 1150 or 1025
I was thinking the same thing lol its a beast
Civilized Delinquent it’s ExtremeATVoffroad he got a channel. He does a bunch of big bore and nos builds
wonder what it puts out for hp at the crank.
Devlins10 I think he has a vid about it. Go check him out
Wow crazy how time flies man..seemed like it was last yr u just built the yeti
Time flies for sure
They are back woop woop these vids are the best ones bro
Man I want a xtp 1000, great vid 👍👍👍
U guys r awesome. Can am is the shit.
Awesome vid osta poor yeti ain’t so clean that day lol
Always in full send mode! 🤙🤘
I like the orange. Same as my 15 Outty xtp.
Nice wheelie osta! I bet it was an “Oh s**t” moment lol
We got some balls deep skeg down where
I live in wabasca Alberta

His machine is an animal yes for sure, we love skeg but yes it can throw you around sometimes
I want to build one just like yeti but it will never happen lol . Love the channel and the wheelers
I love your laugh it makes me smile :)

I still feel the 31" Outlaw 1 are a superior tire to the Outlaw 3 for soft ground but its great to change things up and try a new tire.
XMARGH I agree and still think a 29.5 outlaw og is still one of the best skeg tires also..29.5s and 31s og outlaws ftw
I agree, but man if you have the gear reduction and power to turn those 29.5 OL2's they are pretty amazing! I'm surprised how well they do, those huge lugs hanging off the side paddle the heavy RZR through some serious stuff!
XMARGH absolutely.. power is key with meats..had 28 ol2s on my 650 and worked pretty good
If you have the money! Lol
One of the guys in our group had a set of 28" OL2's and they were a hard tire to turn because of the Lug Spacing, never plugged up though!

Man I wish I can be like you or meet you man I love your bikes there deadly
super great videos, that's why I subscribed, thanks
I personally think the camera angle is a little bit too high, I would like to see more of the ATV and the mud that's getting on it. Great vid!
Those skinnies seem to do allot better in the skeg. Atleast in this video
GREAT VID OSTA!!!! good dirty fun out with the men!! Boys and there toys..lol Keep the rubber down, hammer down!!
Had a beauty day for her
I need to move to sask.
Mainville ATV and Outdoors It’s cold as fuk here in the winter🀄️
Brent Painchaud I'm from northern Ontario I'll be fine. We had minus 43 here this winter
Awesome vid I need to upgrade my quad😂 👍
where do you get to do all this? Sask?
Sounds good man!
Another awesome video Osta, if you were to add NOS to it would that help it or hinder it, plus would a stock CanAm 800 motor handle a small shot of it.
Definitely help, can run a 15-25hp shot fairly safely on stock motors, just has to be installed correctly
ostacruiser thank you I appreciate that, I know I only have an 800 cause I didn't think when I bought it that I would ever lift it and do anything but put tires on it. lol it's funny how I went from a stock 800XT to a lifted one in about a years time that was something I never thought I'd do.
What exhaust are yall using they all sound bad ass ? Definately putting what yall have on mine !!
Looks like a lot of fun. Do any of you guys have the Backcountry tracks for winter use. If so any issues. I’ve bent 2 upper A arms on a brand new 1000 outlander. ostacruiser the tracks are great, nobody could climb like I could. Put over 400 Kms on this winter.
Are these trails man made if so where do you go to find them?
We need so info on that black and blue gade , it's nuts
damn!! whats does blackie got for setup, does the gade on crushlock jave similar setup? they are monsters!
Hey Osta another great video. What do you guys do to seal your cvt covers up or do you even bother. What about the snorkels and air box do you seal them. How often do belts get wet on your rides? Keep the vids coming
We never have issues like that, they seal great from stock
Sick rid
Great vid
remember when we used to go to st. vital?
Love the videos osta can't get enough makes me wanna get out and ride today on the outty xmr. How I can I get some stickers to show some support
She rides like a dream! What's it like compared to the rene
osta could pass for the great bill paxton at one time with those burns
Oh yeah giver!!!!
What if you fill the sherp tires with helium
Just watched a video where a guy did that to a tire and it weighed more.
What about the on board air though you would need a tank of helium instead wich doesnt sound bright.
The tires are filled with engine exhaust, true story lol
ostacruiser oh thats really cool i figured it ran off a small compressor like on board air on a truck but makes sense to use the exhaust.
What tires do you recommend for a Can-am outlander 800 that is mostly stock?
Dude are u rich bcz I've seen some of the things u have and there expensive
ostacruiser what are your thoughts on the 30x8.5x12 black mamba lite? im thinking about trying them on grizzly 700 (lifted, clutched, with heavy axles). thanks!
Do your guys with the renegades without relocation kits not have alot of issues with overheating when the rad gets full of mud?
Yes they do every ride
Do ya think can am will release a 1000 outlander xmr in a short chassis? I know ya can build a 1000 but having t half built would be a help.
I hope so!!
Oh and do they cut the skeg or does it just grow like that
*EPIC ASF*
Hey do you got any tips for cleaning your ride? (how to get mud stains off, making it shinier, etc.)
Daylan Scarff tire foam works wonders. Osta has video on it from a few years back I think.
Birch still gets stuck everywhere eh!
Мужики ! Крутые у Вас квадрики ,и покатушки классные .дали б мне на тест какой нибудь свободный квадрик ,
From russia with love!!!
What exhast is on the orange outlander.
What does it take to ride with you guys
hey bud just got done work looking through old videos. Did you have to put the 2 inch lift in or custom floor boards or what lol ?
im talking about the 31 lol
We ran custom floorboards
@@ostacruiser Thanks dave!
@@ostacruiser so basicle like the same floorboard that you had done on your renegade?
@@braddaigle2488 No the Renegade Xmr boards are quite a bit different
Is that xmr and that gade juiced?
Hey ostacruiser where do you ride is Saskatchewan couse I live in Saskatchewan and really want to ride
What's your opinion on that mud n wheels rear rack, I've been thinking about getting one for my outty
It's great, can strap alot down to it and a great handle to push pull from when stuck
where can i get your t-shirts
What kind of rim
What pipes are all you guys running on you can ams?? ?
I run RJWC. Great built exhausts
Where are you located in Canada? this terrain look exactly like Alaska. i grew up in Palmer AK.
Trenton Deel Northern Saskatchewan
Cory Coulter not that close to alaska but it looks a lot like the same kind of Terrain.
🔥🔥🔥👍✌
does project yeti have nos?
Do u still have the renegade
Osta what non GoPro camera are you using?
Hero 5
🙌🏽🍿🍺
Hey how you doing I have a quick question I have a 2016 can am outlander xt 570 and every time I shift it into low once I get up to speed it jumps into high and starts grinding gears any suggestions on what I should do thanks
Definitely need to adjust your shift linkage, you may have a bent shift fork inside the tranny also
ostacruiser arent you from ontario? I seen a few replies on here that your brothers sask
markisherecanada he lives in sask
What wheels and tires are you running on it?... The last time I saw it, it had tracks.
Check the description :)
ostacruiser ohh.....yep. It helps when you read the details...lol!😂 Dang Americans!
GIVE ME A FOUR-MONTH OF THOSE XD
You buy that outlander
Blackie is a nut, bike is nasty nasty. Pin it and hold the f on. 😂luv it tho. 👍
can someone explain to me the reason for super skinny tire vs wider nud tire which is usually the prefered choice of a mud tire. is it less drag or what. just seems backwards in terms of a mud tire choice but these seem to perform awesome. thanks
Ak907 Silvers because the mud will stick less to the skinny tires tires and making and in the thick mud that's what you want
Right on man, thanks for the Info!
Do your rides ever break
WarningGiraffe 01 yup. Just watched one last night where they towed another quad out.
I’ve always wonted a forwiler but my mom won’t let me get one I even saved anof money
A yeti doesn’t belong in the mud....
He rocks anywhere, snow, mud, swamp etc lol
Should of left the tracks on
Should have left the tracks on her
Go muding if u go down south in North Carolina go to Carolina adventure world
Can am has speed but can’t go through mud
Lol
This build isn't all that impressive. You got stuck twice where the other guy went straight through and you struggled at the last mud hole. It needs some better tires or something because it's not that great
Owen Desautels - I agree. What happened Osta, you used to just dominate every skeg hole.
