Tiramisu

Chef Nick shows off his tried and true Tiramisu recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup Heavy Cream
4 ea Egg yolk
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 lb Mascarpone
4oz Espressor (or very strong coffee)
4oz Golden Rum
As needed:
Lady Fingers (crunchy)
Dutched Cocoa (for dusting)
