Mike gots a good opinion but THE REAL F;N TRUTH IS WE SHOULD BE GETTING AS MANY OPINIONS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO HELP THIS MAN MORE THAN THE LAST MAN WE HAD
Exactly my feeling on the matter. Screw a coaches feelings, he's not your future the way Maye could be. This is not Bill who had earned time (though he ruined Mac's chances) so yeah go get help.
I think they will too. Elliott Wolf was swinging for the fences with Ridley and Aiyuk. Only a matter of time one of these guys say yes now that we have Drake, and if they keep the staff then there’s stability too.
Say what you want about Mac Jones but BB ruined the kid. As for Kraft going outside the team for assistance I don't blame him. Do you think the Bears fans wish their owner did the same instead of just rinse and repeat 1st pick after 1st pick? Robert was right besides he's the damn owner and ultimately the buck stops at his door. I don't have much faith in Mayo, I'm trying to just give him time, he is new after all. He could just sit back and not give a damn like 90% of the owners but this is the Patriots and dang it we want more championships, so Robert do what you have to. Mayo I hope I'm wrong and you have a long successful career here. I really do.
When did the Patriots having conversations about what to do and what not to do with a rookie QB turn into “the patriots are calling around looking for an AVP replacement?” Breer pretty seriously pushed back on the idea that these conversations were about coaching personnel decisions on the radio earlier
100% agree, the stories/takes being spun out of this so far are definitely reactionary and/or are just for the sake of having more narratives to talk about
I haven’t listened to EEI in long time & now I know why I stopped . These Hosts blow

AVP is the best coach on the team.

Best "outside help" for Drake Maye would be highly talented players.
Brady left because the Patriots forgot how to draft greatness.
Same old problem.
Giardi seems to have good inside info but his takes feel more sports-talk radio than “plugged in” guy
