Probably just chinese whispers but I have family members who visit Broad Green hospital in Liverpool a lot (heart specialists) and rumours were he'd been in there with a heart problem last year and was told he needs to reduce his workload/stress etc. and that's the reason why he's leaving. Again probably just rumours but I guess it'd make sense.
