Rondo was a problem. His legacy will fade as the years pass but those of us that watched him, we always will appreciate him and understand how cold #9 was
Nah he’s loved where he’s played man. watching this after playing pickup for the first time in a while yesterday and it made me smile seeing so many passes I’d do that I most definitely naturally picked up from watching him. Just so creative and athletic
Top 5 passer all time in the NBA in my opinion. Possibly top 15 PG all time as well. One of the 1st few all around PGs to enter the league in the late 2000’s along with Russ and Rose. Such a gamer and competitor, his creativity in passing is up there with Magic, Bird, CP3
Rick Carlisle had rondo and didn’t want him to run the show because of the system that was in place but let Hali do the same type shit… Rick wasted rondo
Rondo is one of the greatest playmakers in Celtics history. He was also a stout defender with the Celtics. He was always a great defender at Kentucky but I don't think anyone knew he'd turn into the playmaker he eventually became while in the NBA. I wish he received better the ovation he was given by the fans when he made his return to Boston. His nonchalant and cookie-cutter type reaction was a bit disappointing. We love him. I still see guys wearing his jersey. In fact, I saw someone just today wearing it while the guy was getting in his daily jog. The fans here haven't forgotten him at all. We still love Rondo.
After his ACL tear on top of the team moving on from Pierce and KG as well as Doc leaving all played a factor in Rondo being traded which changed his whole career smh dude was a perfect fit in Bostin with the perfect cast of Vets around him that could hold him in check with a coach that allowed him to have a long leash on him! Rondo absolutely in his prime in Boston I'd take over any point guard besides maybe Magic or Stockton! Chris Paul ain't ever been at any point in n his career as good as Rondo was in Boston! Rondo was a killer! He had that Mamba mentality where he truly believed that he was the best player on the court no matter what
The most underrated about him he knew how to destroy the adjustments and control the game when It was really thight. That's why he was so good in the Playoffs he was like an oasis in the desert apart that he always delivered at that time of the season.
Rondo was a problem. His legacy will fade as the years pass but those of us that watched him, we always will appreciate him and understand how cold #9 was
Perfect example of how stats don’t tell the whole story
I’m telling my kid how good he was right now
No It want because he will be a great head coach an it will always be brought up how great rondo was
His legacy won't fade dude's a hall of famer
He knows how to win it just depends on how teams use him from what ive seen
People don’t understand how truly special this man used to be.
Still is solid
Hundred Percent better than Chris Pussy 0
Nawww fr tho
Rondo single handedly made Lebum run to Miami! He dominated the Cavs in 2010 playoffs and absolutely humiliated Lebum!
@@pplRretards facts. Then gave him more problems in both 2011 and 2012 series against the heat. Lost unfortunately
Rondo Is undoubtedly one of the best passers of all time.
Your definitely right and his IQ is through the roof !!
Not just best passer but one of the best PG ever Rondo Hall of Fame👍✌
Top 3
Absolutely
The best
Almost every single one of his Boston highlights is a core memory for me… man I miss the old rondo days 😞
The nba itself was simply better back then. The players were more likeable and the sport was more enjoyable to watch
that Celtics team with Rondo, Allen, Pierce and Garnett was really special. they only won one title but I'll remember them till the day I die
Hell yeah. They were the bad boys kind of like the 2004 Pistons✊🏿💯
Most underrated point guard of all time
Mad underrated
The Riz??? 🤯
Nah he’s loved where he’s played man. watching this after playing pickup for the first time in a while yesterday and it made me smile seeing so many passes I’d do that I most definitely naturally picked up from watching him. Just so creative and athletic
I've heard people call him a selfish man, but on the court, he was thd most selfless PG I've ever seen
I remember in 08 finals my team was the Lakers but my fave player was the guy wearing #9 in the opposing team.
I started wearing number 9 since then.
*Rondo had the incredible layup package!*
One my favorite PG Rajon Rondo 🔥💪🔥
Still watching 💪💪💪 June 14, 2023
Look at cp3 man, so inspirational
That pass to ray Allen at 2:30 was insane! Rondo is one the most creative passers game ever seen yo
This man must in Hall Of Fame !!!!!!
0:28 This was one of my favorite plays from Rondo of All Time!
RONDOOOOOOOOOOO 2 Ring 💍
Top 5 passer all time in the NBA in my opinion. Possibly top 15 PG all time as well. One of the 1st few all around PGs to enter the league in the late 2000’s along with Russ and Rose. Such a gamer and competitor, his creativity in passing is up there with Magic, Bird, CP3
Great video
I got way more like this 💯
Rondo did everything that a star player would be reluctant to do. Easily my favorite player.
GREATEST OF ALL TIME!!!
the only player who got a ring from the celtics and lakers
at his prime it was a player to always remember, like AI, kyre, JW. all about intuition and improvisation.
Won a title as a Celtic & as a Laker. Rondo is hella underrated.
Rondo prime was incredibile
This guy was something special as a passer
My idol once called the best PG of his era
I will hold on to this victory right here forever!
He's a lefty but finishes to the right mostly. Passes every with both hands. That's a hard guard
damn Cousins getting tossed by Adams at 2:47
Where's the one when rondo broke his arm, then came back in the game dunking on people with one arm?
what is Rondo's signature move besides behind the back pass fake?
He’s the reason I wanted to wear 9.
Damn, no pelicans highlights 😢
i’m getting my graduates degree in rondology next year
I JUST GOT TOLD HE IS NOWHERE NEAR A HOF
By who
@spproductionsnba I was on a live on tiktok and he blocked me because I called him nuttier than squirrel shit
In football they call streets never forget players
He’s not going to the Hall. Zero chance of that happening especially given the last 6 or 7 years getting flushed off one or two teams a year
He forgot when he punched cp3
Rick Carlisle had rondo and didn’t want him to run the show because of the system that was in place but let Hali do the same type shit… Rick wasted rondo
Genesis 2:22
And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
Chris paul
I like Rondo at 2010
Bro use to be my fav player 08-13 no cap
Yeah, some of his stat lines from that time period were so crazy.

My all time favorite nba player. I watched his highlights and patterned my game after him. Unbelievable passer
das why u trash
ayeeeee been a bit since i seen some rondo highlights my guys comin through today
Rondo one of the best pg ever not just one of the best passer..Rondo Hall of Fame
For a player this skilled, I don't know how Rondo played for so many teams.
He had Personal problems with a lot of people….
Rondo was a killer! He had that Mamba mentality where he truly believed that he was the best player on the court no matter what
see: Kyrie Irving
He ruined his prime by the emotion😢😢
Sometimes he thought he was smarter than the coach and sometimes he was smarter than the coach
A guy who literally weaponized his passing, giving him the ability to have all those insane fake pass-easy layups
Yo that pass to ray when he threw it behind his head is legendary and second to none
Using his non dominant hand
If you don't like Rajon Rondo, you don't like NBA basketball.
Rondo over Kyrie anyday but we don’t have that discussion 😅
So gross seeing him in any jersey that’s not a Celtics jersey
Who’s watching these after he found out he got arrested😂😂
Favorite pg ever bro
Worst time in my childhood was watchin rondo break his am on the celtics😢
Favorite passer in the game 🙏🏽
Only real NBA fans know how GREAT Rondo was.
Rondo > CP3
1:40 bro even yanked most of the camera men😭🔥
People dont understand why chris paul was so good
Rondo > CP3 yeah…I said it.
I am, to this day, still working on my behind the back fake rondo pass.
Rondo better than Kobi
What a play by CP3
Ahhh no music . 👍
Rondo > cp3
3:30 3:50 Superb!
i miss prime rondo
Chris Paul highlights always make me feel better
The most underrated about him he knew how to destroy the adjustments and control the game when It was really thight. That's why he was so good in the Playoffs he was like an oasis in the desert apart that he always delivered at that time of the season.
Rip Tommy
HOFER? I'm not sure. But, I will say if he had a great shot and could hit FTs he would have been an all time great PG.
I started watching basketball around the time he was going to war with bean. I modeled my game from his the second I touched a ball man.
My 2nd aaaaltime favorite player!! LARRY BIRDS my numero uno!!!
That no look pass to Ray Allen from the key with the left hand right on target, was the best pass in basketball history.
The person screaming in the crowd in that opening highlight is one of my favorite NBA moments.
happy retirement Rondo !! One of the last true point guards left in the league
He makes crucial plays at crucial moments. Playoff Rondo
I thought this was supposed to be Rajon Rondo. Why is it Chris Paul?
Patented fake behind the back pass. Signature move
he choose to be forgotten than to be respected and be HOF.
Now he’s going to jail
Crafty af!🔥
Rondo-Paul epic battle is the best 😀
He’s dunkin with authority
My all time favorite player passer
1:20 my favorite watch play
The most unpredictable player ever.
Big ✋ And long arms
6:18.
Chris Paul is best 💪🏿👊🏿🔥
Lmao
😂
chris paul is trash
