Training in Cuba as a kid, they would give me a sparing partner that was much taller and much more powerful than me and every time he kicked my stomach, I would go to hell and back. But that was so helpful because during a real combat I had to fight someone around my weight and it felt like they kicked so softly in comparison. I miss TKD

At 4:19 red kicks blue in the back.
This is not allowed at our karate school.
Kicks to the back and also the backfist are not allowed.
I think it's because it could lead to an injury.

Thanks Samery for all that you do you have helped me immeasurable. I took TKD as a kid and getup to a orange belt before we moved. I graduated H.S. graduated college, started working, and at the age of 40 I finally had some extra time enemy life so I went back to my old school. It was an extremely tough ride, but 3 years later I am blackbelt testing in December. Your vids and drills have help to keep me in the game. For testing I ave to do a jump side kick, a jump back kick which you have great videos on. I also have to do a jump spinning kick, do you have and vids for that. Again thanks for all you do, and I intend to be like Keeanu Reeves, and kick as into my 50's

My sparring training is worse, we have to run 15 laps, do back kick and power round kick which hurts like hell, and I have to train with black belts and spar with black belts when I'm a junior belt.

This may be about nothing, nothing about, or nothing other than the class, or general speak are as the rules to the general display of the nonendingness of some existence given the thought of some run on persistence that none existent and not going to get to of a sort, nonindulgent nor reliant of the apparent false negative driving the central contextual twist of the pun that this not tai chi became it when my white belt teacher left and Shen became my soul allegiance with the martial art in faith but in the cultivation of my life force reprimanded by the conscious life thought study work in the Chinese medical arts and to diss less it, conscious thought need not halt and split the life but promote it gathering; the energy work being the demonstration of dexterity and a familiarity here with the range of space one expands in the movement of the framework; to your crowning grace Blackbelt, tied waist and about the business thank you for showing me some of the skills taekwondo is made of and sincerely you and your training and sparring show a fullness of core strength that meets me necessarily. This should resemble a particular red box some. Thanks I think if it was for something less it

I really liked these drills. They are fun and there is a practical application. Over the last 30+ years I have done both traditional karate and TKD and the important thing is to have fun but with practical applications. These kinds of drills made such a difference in my timing, agility, stamina, etc. I just wish my current Sensei was a bit more open minded.

@@damien2627 Bring a dobok it's an important part part of taekwondo. If you don't want to wear a dobok in your training maybe yo don't deserve training taekwondo. It's basically a lack of respect and tradition. If you are not agree with me means that you are not worthy.
