    Street Style Khoya Kulfi Recipe (Easy and Simple)
    Ingredients:
    1 liter of full cream milk
    200 grams of khoya (dried milk solids)
    200 grams of sugar
    1 teaspoon of cardamom powder
    A handful of chopped nuts (like almonds and pistachios)
    Kulfi molds or small cups
    Instructions:
    1. Boil the Milk: Pour the milk into a large pot. Turn on the heat to medium and let the milk come to a boil. Stir it often so it doesn’t burn.
    2. Add Khoya: Once the milk is boiling, crumble the khoya and add it to the pot. Keep stirring until the khoya mixes well with the milk.
    3. Cook and Thicken: Let the milk and khoya mixture cook on low heat. Keep stirring often. Cook until the mixture becomes thick and reduces to about half its original amount. This can take around 30-40 minutes.
    4. Add Sugar and Cardamom: When the mixture is thick, add the sugar and cardamom powder. Stir well until the sugar completely dissolves.
    5. Add Nuts: Mix in the chopped nuts.
    6. Cool Down: Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down a bit.
    7. Fill the Molds: Pour the cooled mixture into kulfi molds or small cups. Cover them with lids or aluminum foil.
    8. Freeze: Put the molds in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours, or until the kulfi is completely frozen.
