Hola, eres una dulce inspiración, me encanta como realizas tus decoraciones ❤. Una pregunta¿ Que consistencia yiene que tener el chocolate para que quede asi de líquido y manejable para poder escribir y realizar las flores con el palillo? Realmente admiro mucho tu trabajo.

Muchas gracias por tu lindo comentario, significa mucho para mí. Temperatura del chocolate 35 grados. Si tu chocolate se endurece demasiado rápido, puedes agregar 3 cucharaditas. aceite de coco por cada 100 g de chocolate, para que no se seque tan rápido cuando tengas que hacer un patrón con un palillo.

Hi Susanne, how long does it take for the choc to set and at what temp?

You can use 2 types of chocolate. Real chocolate it must be tempered and you can use non temp chocolate. Non temp. sets very quickly. Real chocolate takes approx. 15-30 min. before it settles. When I make patterned donuts where I pull a toothpick I use real chocolate so it doesn't dry too quickly. Otherwise I use non temp. chocolate

How do you get the cut off part to stay on while dipping into the chocolate? Do you add some chocolate to set and secure the cut out part back into place and then dip the donut?

When I put the cut part in it was stuck, but if you want to be sure that it is stuck, you can put some chocolate into the hole and let it dry before you dip the donut

240 g bread flour
80 g of sugar
5 g of salt
1 tbsp Vanilla
7 g dry yeast
140 g of milk
75 g of butter
2 eggs
Instead of eggs, use: 2 tbsp potato flour mixed with 2 tbsp water
