पढ़ाई करते समय अपनी जीभ को अपने तालू (यानी आपके मुंह की छत) तक स्पर्श करें
यदि हर आधे घंटे में सक्षम नहीं है, तो इसे 1 मिनट के लिए न करें, बहुत दबाव डालें बस जीभ को तालू से स्पर्श करें
जितना आप यह करेंगे आपकी याददाश्त मजबूत और तेज होगी
2) The next remedy you must do is at night soak 6 almonds in water and on next day eat those soaked almonds don’t need to remove the skin eat them by chewing slowly .
अगला उपाय जो आपको करना चाहिए वह है रात को 6 बादाम पानी में भिगो दें और अगले दिन उन भीगे हुए बादामों को खाएं। उन्हें धीरे-धीरे चबाकर खाने वाली त्वचा को हटाने की जरूरत नहीं है
