Nah the halloween cosmetics/pass did release during overhual update. There r some UA-camrs who have footage of that. Those summer cosmetics/pass r just stuff that couldn't release due to the evade upd taking longer than expected. But those cosmetics might come back when the overhaul update releases

Yea but compared to nicos nexbots. Evade had to start from scratch and revamp and remake every single thing from the game which is why it took long. The overhaul update was pushed since there was obviously way to much bugs on release date. Also they are reversing the new evade overhual movement to the the old one to make players happy
