(Director's note - Remember seeing that first gameplay video for Watch_Dogs, like a year ago? Not only was I drawn in by the characters and the mood, but the overall theme of everything being "connected", it's not too unrealistic for someone to have complete control in the palm of your hand. All of that gave us the itch to bring it to life and apparently many other fans felt the same way. Who would have thought there would be such a large number of fan films circulating, months before the game has been released. Crazy, I think Ubisoft is on to something. The best part about bringing Aiden to life was our opportunity to collaborate with Matthew Sumner (The man behind the mustache with Beat Down Boogie). Matthew and Annie Tee brought some extra flavor to our work, along with a killer original soundtrack from Tatenda Zvarayi, we hope to collaborate with more talented people in the future. )

Still, it has much potential as a game and I hope to see a watch dogs 2, with more hacks, vehicles (helicopters/planes), a bigger map, and a bigger online community. Still would be a good tv show or movie tho

These guys did beyond black mesa (half life) and a lightsaber duel in a parking garage. Such quality film making!
This was freaking genius!
-Awesome camera angles, very good transitions, captured the style of the game.
-Bad effect for the electricity at the finale, the whole "break his leg and he doesn't make a sound" was a major flaw, the fights were OK and the sound effects were average, at best.
But a very nice work, in general!

Pretty amazing film. The only 'bad' part was the leg breaking scene. Otherwise this was legitimately seemed liked a live action film. Ubisoft needs to hire you guys lol.

That was pretty damn good. Ubisoft should look into using these guys to make a few other prequel videos or something for Watch_Dogs.

This was actually really well made,nice acting and very good job on outfits, especially Aiden's.
Everything in this video looked incredible. I wish there was more foley and some better music choices as the audio felt a little under-whelming at times with a lot of empty space. Other than that... This was one hell of a fanfilm. The effects, cinematography and choreography were insane. Kudos!
I really like the music choices guys, really feels like what you could expect in the game. Tatenda Zvarayi did a pretty good job.

This was AWESOME..great cinematography, good color correction. The sound design could use a little more TLC..but it was still amazing. One of the best fan-made film shorts I've seen in a long time (probably since the Frozen Crossing 2-part series). Make more!!!!!!

My only complaints are the cheesy sound effects stripped right from some 70's kung-fu movie and the generic Anonymous tie-in. Other than that, it's pretty good.
They're actually from Indiana Jones, and they are totally unrealistic and awesome.
