I pray and thank you before every meal of mine because I am eating only the five positive minor millets daily and occassionally I eat the Major Millets.
Even while drinking water from the copper plate vessel , I offer thanks to you.
You have saved my health and also my family's health.
You have saved my Money.
You have saved my Time.
I am drinking all the Kadas in rotation. They are in plenty and so the rotation cycle is also long.
I am using only Bull Driven Cold Pressed Ghana Oils also in Rotation.
I have stopped using Non Stick cookware , Aluminium cook wear but I am still using Stainless steel utensils. I need to use Earthen pots . Currently, I am using Earthen pots only for Fermented Ambalee.
I stopped using tooth paste and tooth brush. Instead I am using Neem and Soapnut. My teeth are strong and whiter and all the sensitivity is gone.
I am not using soap or liquid soap for body , I am using only the soapnut liquid.
I am switching off all the lights in the room and I am sleeping very well in the dark room. I am also keeping my electronic devices in another room.
I am Sun Bathing almost every day even if there is no sun.
I am walking barefoot in the open grounds .
I have Permanently quit eating Rice Wheat Maida Corn Soya Oats GMOs Milk Tea Coffee Sugar Jaggery Honey Dry Fruits Processed Foods Eggs and Non Vegetarian foods.
I have learnt all the above only from your UA-cam videos.
Although all your videos are almost same, I watch every video of yours and Dr.Sarsala Madam's .
Usually there are no advertisements while watching your videos .But this is not applicable for me. The UA-cam diatubs me a lot while watching your videos because the AI has also understood that I only watch your videos .

My sister had AML blood cancer, had all khemos, together we followed your protocol, within a year she was completely cured but she has medicine called Azacitidine tablet 14 days in a month since 2 yrs. Sir, though I am a non vegetarian, still I left eating those animal protein, milk, paneer, tea, coffee from March 2020. I even don't take any kind of medicines. Since March 2020, I was following DIP diet of dr BRC and changed my diet. But from September 2021 I started eating millets mostly in ambali form and left eating wheat and paddy rice too. Everything was going well. But from last 10-12 days my feet and ankles have swelled to a great extent. I am having difficulty in wearing my slippers and also having difficulty in walking. When pressed my feet is paining. What can be the reasons? Please let me know and what should I do?
