As far as I know, it's called series 3 because it's the third assault class vehicle. Which doesn't jive with the way the rest of the line is categorized. But that's what I read the other day
LOL. Instructions says there are distinct sounds. and one of them is the result of shaking. The other ones you mentioned do produce unique sounds. But there is a fifth one.
