For anyone who finds this and is a bit confused:
1) The first Void Corruption in the intro part of the mission counts as one of the 3 for the mastery achievement, meaning you can only destroy 2 more in the main part of the mission.
2) Also, it's just the Void CORRUPTIONS (the tall spires) that count; you can kill all the Void RIFTS (the shorter ones) that you want.

For anyone trying to do the 10 year anniversay achievement: Void Corruptions killed by allies do count, unfortunately. So you need to do the same of this video just make sure neither you or your allies kill any more Void Corruptions.
However you can safely kill Void Rifts (the ones that constatnly spawn enemies).

Does Void rift destroy by allies count ?

If you're talking about the Void Corruptions killed by allies, I think they count.
If you mean the Void Rifts (the structures that constantly produce enemies unless you destroy them), no they don't count.
