@@kidamere2408agreed, I thought that missed tackle on the second Corum TD was pivotal as well. That's when it felt like the momentum was squarely back with Michigan.
It needs to be said: The Lynn Swann like acrobatic clutch catches for the 3rd straight year versus OSU by Cornelius " The Buckeye Slayer " Johnson were truly awesome.
People talk (mostly Ohio state fans) about how OSU was driving and Michigan was lucky on that last pic to end the game, but they forget to mention on the play right before that Ohio State fumbled and got incredibly lucky to get the ball back to even get to that play. Michigan dominated this game and it wasn’t as close as the final score indicates.
I agree with this. Watching the game now months later again it's obvious our defense is the only reason we didn't get decimated. Nope. Ohio deserves no part in finding the backdoor to the CFB playoff...again.
Absolutely they are. Oregon will get killed next year in the Big Ten. @@brdphl
Wait, I thought OSU was invincible with Harrison…
He had a few big plays, but Cal McCord missed his targets. Not to mention Ryan Day has never used his weapons to the full potential.
they are with J Smith !!🤣
I want to say thank you to the Michigan football team. My Grandpa was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer a few months ago and only has a few weeks left to live as I type this. I got to spend the last two minutes of the game with him. He didn’t want to watch, but he still wanted to know what was going on. I know there are more important things than football, but I’m glad Michigan beat Ohio State one last time in his lifetime
God Bless your Grandfather .

Not sure who is more upset at Ohio State losing; Ohio State fans or Joe Klatt and Gus Johnson. Worse called game of my life. LSU fan here.
That comment Makes zero sense idk what you mean Gus called it good while you could say that Klatt was a bit tricky
Also wouldn't you be watching the LSU game at the time? Just picked a random while probably being a Penn state fan
Hats off to the Wolverines, at least we made it close this time. At the absolute minimum I feel like this should silence doubts about Ryan Day. Coaching was not the problem today
Good game
Yeah I'm biased.
But REALLY good game and pretty clean. Respect to OSU.
lol...Good one.
@@pas6856 Did Day throw two interceptions? Did Day fail to stop Michigan in the 4th? Did Day miss a field goal? No, no, and no. The gameplan was there, the execution wasn't. That's not on Day.
at the end of the day he was gifted a championship winning program yet has never been able to bring home a natty. inexcusable if you want Ohio state to remain a championship program. If loses like this are excusable, then you'll see Ohio state become another OU.
I'm guessing you don't watch a lot of Buckeye football. Day can't win the big games. His play calling is horrible and he can't scheme a game to save his life. No way Harrison shouldn't have had at least 15- 20 touches today.@@grantward8218

But we all know Michigan absolutely sucks in the playoffs.
As a Michigan fan, this victory felt so good. Not only all the drama surrounding it but the 3rd win in a row to solidify the naysayers.
And also having to suffer through the Brady Hoke and Rich Rodriguez years after Lloyd Carr left which started with the loss to App State in the opening game.
It feels so good to be back.
GO BLUE BABY!!
Well it’s back to normal now and you are ranked 17th
App State was in their prime years and now they're back at the top.
Records in The Game:
Sherrone Moore (as head coach and offensive play caller): 1-0
Ryan Day (as head coach and offensive play caller): 1-3
Jesse Minter (as defensive coordinator): 2-0
Jim Knowles (as Defensive coordinator): 0-2
No doubt about it; Ohio State was out-coached again.
You casuals say anything, they were outplayed not outcoached, this game was fight on both ends and if McCord doesn’t throw the first pick, the whole trajectory of the game changes. Gg Michigan but you guys act like yall dominated lol

Oh and for all the buckeye fans saying Michigan “cheated” at least none of Michigan coaching staff was abusing and attacking a wife unlike Zach Smith AND Meyers wife was told about this and did nothing. Yeah I’ll take what Michigan did over domestic violence and keeping it hush hush.
Bruh 😮 Klatt you and Gus should have listened to yourselves covering and announcing that game coverage😂 😮 I mean from the 1st TD pass by McCarthy to Wilson you guys were planting doubt as if there was evidence of a INT or a fumble recovery and it wasn't even hard to tell . No doubt the biggest rivalry in all of college sports. Definitely top 10 in all of sports. This game is always a good one to watch.

Every religion from Muslim to Hindu to Budha and beyond recognize that Jesus Christ lived but Jesus Christ doesn't recognize any of them. He is the way. The only way. You need to repent, sir, because every knee shall bow.
At least OSU made it a game this time and played better defense. It was all these little things that Michigan did right and OSU did wrong (especially that missed FG) that helped Michigan win. GO BLUE!!!!!
Really this was the game, it was a great game, and Harrison is absolutely an unstoppable player, props to him, he deserves the praise he gets.
was really just mccords 2 bad ints that hurt the most
@@kidamere2408agreed, I thought that missed tackle on the second Corum TD was pivotal as well.
That's when it felt like the momentum was squarely back with Michigan.
If you take out the 1st int it could have been a different ball game all together? Who knows? But, it definitely gave M a boost in their confidence
All I can say is as a Michigan fan I want Marvin Harrison Jr on my fantasy team in the future
No kidding. He would be a lot more fun to watch if he was not wearing that uniform.

Yes, probably still gonna have some dummies say that Michigan ain't played nobody 🙄
McCord was making stupid throws all game and Ryan Day just can't handle the pressure of this game. I do believe next season will be another close one, but unless Day can learn how to coach against Michigan then it'll be another loss
I was shocked Fox ought to be ashamed itself with the Ohio State bias with Joe Klatt and Gus Johnson that call on this game was horrible on this game they were completely for Ohio State. I lost a lot of respect for Joe Klatt today as an analyst, you are not supposed to show your bias during a telecast
