Love this Salvage Yard Videos. 10 years ago there were a lot of them in Germany but today they are very rare. I loved to go for a walk there and see if you can find something good.
I think it's an environmental thing. For example, it is not allowed to build a junkyard on gravel or earth and sand. The floor on which the cars stand must be concrete. Oil separators are required, the oil must not get into the ground. There are rules and commandments for everything. I think it will be so expensive for the operators of a junkyard in the long run. In addition, the cities and countries do not want something like that. You should buy new cars ....
This yard is a bit messy, but it’s a great yard. Really cool guys over there, always willing to make a deal. I took that E34 oil pan for my E30... it was a pain to pull lol.
Love the videos man! The 2nd e38 you found actually had some rare parts like the wood trim on the upper part of the backseat and in the door card storage was a wood trim handle which is highly sought after
Easy way to tell an early from a late E38 or E46 (except for E46 M3) - look at front end of front fenders, particulary the turn signal cut outs on the fender. On both cars, early front turn signals are taller with larger front fender cutouts. E46 M3s kept early E46 headlights throughout the E46 model run. Facelift LCI non-M3 front turn signals are triangular in shape. Facelift E38 turn signals are a low profile c shape.
I wish you could go back in time and start making these sooner. I'm not a BMW guy but I've always loved these salvage videos from other content creators since I don't have many pull-a-part locations in my area. Can't wait for the next one!
@@ShopLifeTV I'll be here. I also hope to see some updates maybe for that nightmare salvage car you got from the Arizona(?) shop. Lastly, don't worry about the people complaining about the talking, I like hearing your thinking. If anything I do wish we could see more party pulling but I get that there's no reason to take something that isn't worth the effort.
@@ShopLifeTV you better. Lol. We don't have that freedom to browse junkyards like that here in South Africa. Like an adventure of a lifetime for any car enthusiasts. Keep up the great content
Really cool stories, entertaining, fun to listen to... Please invest in two Gopros 9 or 10 for stabilization, I can't watch because of motion sickness.
Get yourself a drone with a camera so that you can see what is where quicker, or take someone along who already has one. It would be cool to see how big this place is from the air 👍🏼
The english prenounciation for Jaguar is Jag you are, A friend of mine works in a scrapyard here in the uk, and the other week sent me a picture of the front end of an e46 coupe in the same colour as mine , and I was after headlights and a front bumper for mine and they where a perfect match... but the front end was off abroad somewhere so I couldnt get them.
If 4wd guys get stuck, they put bigger tires on it and lift it higher, make the motor have more horsepower, they just make upgrades with bigger tires and all that too... it's all personal stuff people like
Dude, I have a few old school cab overs you may be interested in, maybe we could swap them for you changing out my transmission shift solenoid for my 525I BMW, my uncle has had it since it was brand new, 68k miles and it started the "limp mode" thing, I think you will be the best guy to fix it for me and give me some pointers for what else... I have like 4-8 people trying to buy it a week, and i mean they are pulling out the stacks wanting it, and when I say stacks, I means stacks with a lot of S's
With the Range Rover swaps, its like the Chevy to GMC swap, see how this can go on and on... just commenting as I listen to you so I don't forget what I want to say at the end of the video
On the 7th day, God created "PT Cruiser's so " blank eggr's" would have something to drive, just like purple cars, crotch rockets, and low rider pants!
Anyone who is complaining about you just walking around and talking is just jelly that they can't do the same lol. If I could make a living off of doing this, you can bet your bolt wrenching a** that I would 🤣
I wouldn't normally wouldn't do this but, I have to know where this junk yard is. You guys are located in one state away, im not mistaken. Really need E38 parts. And i've found nothing near me
You need yourself a long pole, like a old shortened shovel or rake handle to carry with you for the spider webs... my gosh, I can tell you guys don't hunt
That's how men look at BMW cars, the M3, M4, M5, and all that, WHY, so you can race between red lights? It's like spending all that money on those high performance cars that you can't do anything with, except look at them, that's how the Jeep, GMC, Chevy, Dodge, Ford guys feel when they see the BMW, or Mercedes, etc
Yeah, that's like having the 100's of thousands of 4WD trucks these people drive that never take them off the pavement, for what??? They look cool, ride good, have plenty of space for kids, are safer, and bring way more money than cars, not to mention they are way more fun than something you are forced to keep on asphalt!!!

It’s the perfect adventure for any car enthusiast. Watch out for the ‘snakes’ and spiders, lol!
Haha it sure is, haven't seen any snakes yet, but tons of spiders and spider webs.

Love this content. I believe the car she liked was an early 1970s Plymouth.
I was thinking Road Runner
Wow that was a fantastic playground!!!
Loved the video...
Greetings from Costa Rica.
Costa Rica! Nice! Thanks for watching!
Honestly, you could make a video reciting the ABCs with your girl, mention e46 a few times, and I'd still watch
Hahaha thats funny Paul. I don't think we will ever run out of content to get to that point lol
Why do you still have that pfp
Looks like you may miss California weather :D)
Love videos like these.
Thanks Khalid, hope to make many more!

Glad you like them!
The big green coupe you could not figure out is a a Plymouth Fury III.
Yup, good call. 1969. Big block maybe?
Good job 👏
The 70's car looks like a Plymouth Satellite
That was a great video ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I think that one car that you were looking at was a Ford Fairlane because the distributor was in the front.
Thanks William!!
Do you ever look for a three-stage intakes on those cars? Those go for pretty good money online.
Really cool stories, entertaining, fun to listen to...

I own a 325ci. It’s a 5speed manual. That’s got to be somewhat desirable
Keep those videos coming 👍
Thanks for always watching Jose!
Good content with an awesome idea, keep it up!
Thanks!
Baby on the way, and a benz wagon ;)
The 4wd guys are the same, they aren't really worried about breaking stuff either, they do what they want and what interested them
Where is this yard located?
you missed that back seat panel in that blue E38 750 iL V12
Hows it bud
Any link or video on wiring for a MS43 M54 swap onto a E30
Dude, you totally missed out on the second E38 with the beige interior, in terms of the back wood trim and wooden ash trays.

Do you need e46 all weather mats? Haha i’ve got a couple of sets however i would think shipping from Norway would not be worth it 😅

The entry fee over here in Australia is $2 for most wrecking yards . Is it the same over there for most places ?
Yes, this one was $2 most other ones are $3

😘

Many of the you pull its and salvage yards in Charlotte, NC have a good amount of E38s
@@ShopLifeTV Thanks. 👍 I'll have to plan a trip to some of them lol. I think Charlotte is only like 300-350 miles from me lol
Dude, I have a lot of land, we should tag up!
So… I’m gonna need the name of this place. I see parts I need.
Agreed. I would like to know the name as well. I know he is in the Carolina area, so this yard has to be in the area
What’s up man
You need yourself a long pole, like a old shortened shovel or rake handle to carry with you for the spider webs... my gosh, I can tell you guys don't hunt
