I've tried all these tricks, and what i now do is put parchment paper on the peel and make the pizza on the parchment paper and it slides right off onto the pizza stone. After 2 minutes I lift the pizza and slide the parchment paper out. This technique works perfectly every time, the bottom gets brown and i can use the parchment paper over again to make more pizzas.
Glad UA-cam has kept this 4+ year old video. Have been looking specifically for a quickie tutorial using a metal peel. Seems most prefer a wooden one to demonstrate the "cha-cha-cha" separation/placement method.
I make larger pizzas (40cm) acris my entire stone and plan on making a custom paddle. Somehow I think this method of putting it on the paddle, won't work really good for a heavier pizza. Maybe assembly on the paddle is better plan? Trial and error if nothing else.
That's exactly how I do it at my pizzeria. Stretch the dough on the bench and place it on the peel. Then once on the peel, sauce it and put on toppings. And if it ever gets stuck to the peel, blow air under it. Works every time.
When I stretch my pizza, I place it on a wooden peel and put my toppings then. I make 18" pizzas and if it's stuck to the peel, I blow under it (like he did). When putting pizza in the oven, never have peel at a high angle.
i like ur videos so much but surprise that only for pizza , make more u r genius talent 👌🏼 what about ur tips for pizza on normal oven temperature and where to place it very low or medium ?
Hola, soy amante de la pizza, muy buenos y utiles tus videos! me gustaria fabricarme el horno en el cual pones la pizza 1:06 min, me podes pasar foto? Gracias!
Had the same problem. Dust it off after the pizza is done🤣 I now use a little bit corn flour and normal flour on the peel to prevent it from sticking. The cornflour gives a great crust on the bottom

Thanks mate! I have been struggling with that and that sounds easy enough for me to actually do 100% of the time :)
too much hassle.
Just use more flour/semolina on your dough to make it slide more easily
Hello, I tried this technique but my baking paper burns when I put the pizza on the hot stone at 400 degrees, how do you prevent it from burning?
@@sanderschat Nope, tried that, it just sticks.
Same. Works perfect every time

What is the best method to cook this pie? Especially in a home conventional overly. On a stone or pan, etc?
The cha cha cha better work 😫😂
You look funny at 0.25 speed, but I guess your asked for that 😎
Try doing cha-cha-cha on 80% hydratation 😂
pse dont put too much flower it will taste bitter
Cha cha cha
ty for this, i hope i’ve f***ed up my last pizza.
And, don’t forget to not to blow under the dough in front of the customers orrrrr the end user/eater... !!!!
Steenkolen Engels,🤣
I put too much flour on my peel out of fear of it sticking and it was like eating dust 💀 oops
Had the same problem. Dust it off after the pizza is done🤣

Cha cha cha…
You look like you’re a nice guy lol.
Thank you!
Don't pinch the outside of the dough
just bake the fucking pizza man lol
Pffffffff😂
Too much flour will burn
Those who really know about pizza say never put flour or semolina or anything on the peel because it will burn and it will give the pizza a bad taste.
Way too much flour
Just make one video on how to make a pizza. I deffo will not be subbing and also you have put others from doing so.
shut up loser
