Been doing it for years. Or should I say decades. And my Mom used to do it too. Only had a mishap once or twice in all that time. I would go back and buy more of the ribs-.99€ lb. is a steal. Our FM it’s BOGO but it’s $5.49lb ($2.75lb not the best price)😢
