The same thing I wish for her bars, I wish for her beam. I'd love to see the two footed layout again and the front half from 2014 routines. If she can upgrade a little more and stay consistent, she'd be even better then now! One of my new favorite gymnast.
I'll admit, the 2 wolf turns was something I've never seen a gymnast do before, but I've never really understood why people give Maggie so much flack. Maggie Nichols, YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL!
I love Maggie. but I don't think the 2 separate wolf turns will be received very well by international judges. I wish she would put her front half back in!! but all in all great routine and her landing was better than Gabby's, so I get the scores. wow! USA is really looking amazing for Rio... I'm so curious to see what Martha will do for the Rio team between aly and !Maggie
I won't be surprised if wolf turns all get downgraded next cycle.

Nothing about this could compare to gabbys. And it only scored a tenth less. Better dismount but that's it.
They both hit their skills cleanly, Gabby just a little cleaner.
Because she needed more difficulty without the front 1/2 at the top of the exercise, and the 2.5 and 2 may be able to be counted as separate A score elements on beam.....
This was a very cleverly constructed routine and will only boost her score on beam. Not bad Maggie...not bad at all! Kudos!!!
they need to stop doing wolf turns! it only takes away from the quality of the routine
Why did it look like she was flipping in slow motion? This looked awkward
shes a much taller gymnast than a lot of others so it makes it look like that

Not loving this routine. It had no flow to it. It was like they threw a bunch of skills together and called it a day. I dont understand the 2 wolf turns either!

Mel Hudson I guess I should clarify. I meant that she reminded me of Kyla's stability on events. Maggie still needs to improve on her transition and fluidity in between skills.

But Kyla Ross has more beautiful form albeit low difficulty. I like Maggie but her tumbling form is a mess

She is very talented, but this looks like part of Simone's routine. Seems like she copies part of routines from other top gymnasts.
