You always play without sheetmusic, how do you memorize the pieces? Do you play by ear? I would fear to be on stage and have a sudden blackout :D. I really love your playing!
Learn with the score, practice enough to where you just know it. Memorization comes easier if you're practicing the music in a way that builds muscle memory and in combination with strong aural skills.
I don't always play without the sheet music, however the best tip I could give on memorization is the importance of analyzing the music. That helps me the most.
