yay! I wanted to be the first commenter and now I am! I watched this when it first came out.
I love this presentation - this is how a company of my dreams would run:
    - posters of inspiration and a transition from the past to the present
    - walking tour
    - a CEO that just gets it and wants to do better and knows what that is and delves into it
100% motivated! More people should watch!
Fermentation is the future and mycoprotein is a part of that, as it provides the 'meat' of it. Fungi produce a lot of CO2, so microbial version's a game-changer. Isn't it the filament the part that's used here and normally what goes to waste with regular mushroom harvesting. This looks like a lot less waste.

I do believe B2B is the future of microbial fermentation, as it's chemical ingredients. The trick's always finding the right partners.

I love potatoes - it's super low resource use, is a staple food, and is high-ish in protein and other nutrients and is satiating. Great pick

I really like how their product Rhiza's allergen free, as the competitors like Quorn tend to have wheat and egg and I can't have either!

I think this is kind of a cool alternative to cultured meat, as it's still plants, but people don't notice
