    The OEM tech probably put that setting in to make the chiller work temporarily whilst the client makes the adjustments needed on the water circuit.
    I don't think the OEM tech is supposed to even touch anything besides the machine he's commissioning if it's anything like we're used to ever here .

    I find that if two pumps are on it decreases the flow through the condenser. Also the delta t goes down.

    I've had factory "techs" start up my machines because it came included with the purchase of the chiller and its ridiculous who Carrier and Trane sends most of the times.
