Why even bother commenting on this video if you're just going to shit on their product for no good reason? Wood is actually a very common, traditional, and yes - preferred - playing surface for many people, and in many places like Greece, Turkey, and elsewhere. Is it often used in tournament settings? No, but who cares? These sets are made for use in homes, pubs, cafés and such, and they're a great option for anyone who wants to buy a decent, attractive backgammon set at an affordable price instead of needlessly shelling out hundreds of dollars for a fancy high-end tournament set.
Ok. So anything not FTH, FM, or Crisloid, shouldn’t be made? If that was the case, there would be exponentially fewer backgammon sets in the world, and the game would be less popular than tiddlywinks
*Awesome boards! We gave away one in our contest!*
Great job thank you
FTH, FM, AND CRISLOID are better. Wood is not preferred surface.
